Like any video game, the character's performance is based off the player's skill and luck. In this case it is as limited to the player's creativity for Maxwell. Thus begs the question, are we gauging them as if we were playing those characters ourselves or their supposed "most powerful" potential?

For example, a person can be a kickass Master Chief but a piss poor Maxwell. If we were gauging the victor this way, the result would drastically change. Since there are conflicting results as we are not a hivemind, there is no good way of producing a certain result.

I believe maxwell can survive getting shot four times. After four his entire body shuts down.

So... Tracer can fuck him up, damage is negligible as it's hit based, not damage based, and it's difficult to target the damn thing in order to edit her.

If it's meant to be a fair fight, he wouldn't have invincibily before the fight begins.

Besides, the scarfed Ditto has a also a faster reaction time, and could stop time and kill him with his own notebook before Maxweel has time to us his own notebook.

Face it, there no single vidya character that can beat a scarfed imposter Ditto in a fair 1v1 fight, he can copy any character's powers to full extent and still be 50% faster than them.

The he could pretty much just stop time and leave Maxwell and the rest of the world frozen for eternity. I'm sure that still counts as a victory for Ditto.

Doesn't have to. Transform is one move, then it is replaced, so he can use one other move. Changing adjectives is one menu in Maxwell's notepad, while adding objects is another. Even if we took adding and removing adjectives as two separate actions, then he could just add dead. Maxwell would be dead, but his corpse would be invincible.
