All last gen, I used to point and laugh at all the PC f@gs begging for Xbox games
This gen, I bought an X1 day 1 only to have
1. My Kinect rendered useless within months 2. The product go down 150 bucks with 1 YEAR.... 3.Exclusives* going to steam 4. Now xbox is going to have windows 10 versions of all games rendering the community fragmented and I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR ONLINE
Holy shit, I really didn't know how hard Xbox users got screwed but this puts it into perspective.
To think Microsoft still has fans after porting 100% of their games to PC.
Nathan Russell
YOU'RE ONE TO TALK, ATLEAST YOU HAVE GAMES!
Julian Allen
Thankfully i didn't fall for the Phil Spencer is awesome-meme
Zachary Edwards
5. New more powerful version on its way kek

Who exactly are you hoping to get a reaction out of with this? The only people on Sup Forums with Xbones are idorts who got one to have a clean sweep this gen; basically no one here has one as their primary system.
Isaiah Thompson
i honestly dont think it really changes anything. i mean, its great for PC only people to be able to play xbone games but people who already own an xbone will continue to play games on it.
look at KI. its on PC now but majority of the players are still on xbone.
Jeremiah Campbell
Take solace in the fact that it was YOU who funded and made possible games like DoDonPachi Daifukkatsu (or Resurrection of the Angry Leader Bee for those of you who aren't Japanophiles), before they got ported to PC a literal console generation later.
>The only people on Sup Forums with Xbones are idorts really faggot?
Ian Scott
I can undersatand everthing you said but
>its great for PC only people to be able to play xbone games
That's not true, those people are laughing at you, including me, while they shitpost on consoles and get the games
Noah Nelson
LMAO Good.
Ian Lopez
Sorry, I forgot the viral marketers that start posting here like clockwork every Black Friday.
Adam Mitchell
Sorry to burst your bubble but the PS3 sold like hotcakes after Sony "saw the error of his ways"
Lincoln Cox
>buying the xbone after Sup Forums ripped it apart during release
Michael Parker
f-fags are going to be crying when Scalebound is released next year and is aw-awesome
Joseph Robinson
PC gamers have the best version of those games plus their own games, not some "hey brahs dis game is gonna be exclusive forevah, woops only for 6-12months yeah we only wanted you to subscribe to XBL remember Phil Spencer is good", MS literally lied to their faces.
I would never buy a PS4 if sony did the same.
Ian Phillips
The PS3 was a result of over ahmbhition, it wasn't a literal drm enforcing draconian anti-consumer surveillance life-tracking EA partnership double ass to mouth fuck device TV viewing sports commercial console the xbox was originally presented as
Josiah Diaz
>All last gen, I used to point and laugh at all the PC f@gs begging for Xbox games what xbox games? the 360 was infamous for letting almost everything hit PC.
Nicholas Gutierrez
That's not relevant at all unless you're some kind of weirdo that is actually affected by the stuff on Sup Forums
Eli Thomas
yeah, scalebound, recore and QB were all pitched as xbox one exclusives only to change to Xbox* later down the line
Christian Roberts
I am not a plataform fag and dont condone console wars, but the xbone was holding some HUGE Red flags since day one
Brayden Richardson
>All last gen, I used to point and laugh at all the PC f@gs begging for Xbox games wasn't mass effect 1 and original xbox game though?
i think that was the only xbox game that i heard pc users ask for
Blake Cook
Yeah I guess so but at the same time the other post is right, Microsoft basically sat there and lied to our faces smiling, there is a real tangible effect to releasing games on PC being it reduces the value of the Xbox brand and the console and defeats it's own pupose in existing in the very place. There is basically no justifyable or objective reason to buy the console over a PC now.
Levi Thomas
No one's talking about you Nintendo, go home.
Zachary Wood
This; if you're taking platform war shitflinging you read on forums and imageboards to heart, the fact that games you bought aren't exclusive to your platform anymore sounds like it should be the least of your worries.
Jonathan Williams
It was a result of arrogance. Sony got full of themselves after the success of the PS2. Consumers weren't having their bullshit and neither were third party developers for years. They promptly got their asses kicked and learned from it.
In a sense the 7th generation was a humbling experience for them. The 8th generation is much the same for Microsoft and Nintendo. Microsoft seems to have learned from it, but Nintendo has yet to do the same.
Nolan Harris
>Xbone games PC somehow devalues the system
>Those same games are locked on to Windows 10, Xbox Store and have insane requirements to run game even remotely the way you wanted it to run.
If you wanna play KI, Scalebound and Recore on Botnet, the go right ahead. Ain't like anyone who has an Xbox One is just gonna sell it when they see all those games on PC.
When you have it then what's the point? The system is fine
Joseph Lee
Well, Microsoft Kinda failed on the xbone, so they jumped to the next product that they want everyone to have: win 10.
Getting everyone on win 10, beating Android numbers, really give value to the industry, even if It is free. (ie, almost everything Google do is free and they have some insane high value).
They are giving win 10 for free. If you believe they wouldnt throw EVERYTHING at It to make it stronger, you are deluding yourself. If porting games was easier, there wouldnt be a single x360 and xbone exclusive right now. Look at your heart, you know It is true
Jonathan Anderson
>calls on platform from MS a botnet >xb1 is fine
Eli Hill
>My Kinect rendered useless within months They actually used that? I was under the impression that it was always useless. >The product go down 150 bucks with 1 YEAR.... It's still costs more than it's worth desu >Exclusives* going to steam Go get steam, it's free >Now xbox is going to have windows 10 versions of all games rendering the community fragmented and I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR ONLINE That's why it is referred to as an idiot tax, if you don't like it but still pay it then guess what that makes you? Especially given all of the other points you've stated that I assume you have internalized by now.
>I used to point and laugh at all the PC f@gs Karma
Kevin Robinson
In my opnion, the relative success of the 360 and even they wii isnt related to their own quality, but the failure of Sony. When they got their shit together the ps3 sales went sky high, and by not screwing up this time, ps4 had a crushing advantage at both other.
I am not even a Sony fan, have no ps3 or 4, but they have dominated 3 out 4 gens, the only one due their own fuck up. There is a pattern here.
Aiden White
Xbone is going to be a part of the same botnet after the summer update
Noah Bell
Because it's a console. All it can do is play video games and that's all I want it do.
I don't want Microsoft to know what I do when I fap so why should download Windows 10? Just to play KI where nobody plays it on PC or Scalebound when I own an Xbone and the game will be fine regardless the platform.
Hell if anything they are just throwing the PC community something to have on the new Platform until they forget about it again.
Or did you forget Games on Windows Live?
Tyler Hall
>comment in the twitter with people still arguing about saying a ps4 is a waste of money and they only want to play one game, lmao.
PCucks on suicide watch
Lincoln Nguyen
Well, I wouldn't say they necessarily owe their success to Sony failing. It certainly helped that PS3 shit the bed, but Wii did have something that consumers wanted. Wii wasn't that powerful, but it had a relatively low failure rate, was incredibly cheap, had a popular gimmick, and a lot of games.
360 was similar in regards to software and developer friendly hardware (its failure rate was still horrible though). PS3 is now just barely reaching 360's total number of software, and is 500 short of Wii's. It took them 10 years just to break 1,000. I mean, I have a PS3 and PS2, and I love my PS3 games, but I can see why people initially didn't want to buy it, and why developers shied away from it for so many years. They've outdone themselves with the PS4 though, it's probably the more dev friendly platform they've ever made.
Adam Edwards
>Cheapest console not counting the Wii U >Backwards compatibility netting me 2 extra games every month >Cool franchises such as Halo and Forza (Halo 5 is fun af 2bh) >potential for a great lineup for E3
I have no remorse for not going with a PS4 whatsoever.
Nathaniel Nelson
Yeah, my dads are Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage
Samuel Thomas
I have no remorse for not shoving a cactus up my ass, that doesn't really mean that shoving a bowling ball up your ass instead was an objectively good idea.
Sebastian Bell
It plays games. Can't complain. >inb4 an analogy between being bitten in the dick by a snake or a scorpion
Gavin Clark
>not counting the Wii U Why not count it?
Ryan Walker
it's irrelevant shit
Jeremiah Garcia
But it's still a console
Nolan Jackson
So is 3DO. Doesn't make it better.
Aaron Garcia
Hey you know what, my phone plays games. Maybe you should have gotten a phone.
