It's harder to leak a new title since you have to provide actual proof as opposed to just a name. Like if I say Ubisoft's new game is "Tom Clancy's Guys With Guns" no one will believe it unless I also post screenshots and a lengthy explanation and probably have some other guy also working at the studio independently confirm it, while just saying "Rockstar is making RDR2" is much easier to believe.
I mean yeah no doubt the majority of games at E3 will be sequels but the games in OP aren't all that's going to be there.
