I don't get how this is ever fun. It's just tedious. These games aren't the Sims so fuck off with this shit. It's nice to be able to cook like in terraria but make hunger optional.

Nevermind starbound, atleast you have an alternative. What about this shit? I really enjoyed playing this with my best bud. We got like 24 hours out of it so not a complete waste of money, I just wish that german fuck would come out of seclusion to atleast give us some info on what he's doing.

There are tons of alternatives to Cube World, user. Everyone and their mother flew in like vultures to capitalize on that guy not working on his game.

Terraria is just richer and more charming in general.

But the aesthetics of the game were really pleasant and I found myself just wanting to explore areas because of the vibrant colours. I dont mean to meme but the game was pretty cosy.
I've tried trove but that game is horseshit and its the closest I've seen that resembles CW.

Because I still have no idea how the non-crafted weapons are supposed to fit on the gear curve and I'd rather just make another Terraria character.

And Starbound's "magic" weapons are entirely useless

I booted it up, seems pretty comfy.
I grinded a bit against a spawner. Progress is much slower than terraria. Not sure about exploring either.

starbounf gave me 4 different versions of the same game, each subsequent version i beleive was worse then the last, but still worth playing.

terraria sense .5 or whatever Sup Forums leaked before it was out, was fun, and they only added more and more content and improvements as time went on.

terraria is the more complete game where you have a real end game that isn't sparse as fuck planets.

it also runs off a better engine that doesn't completely shit itself with a few npcs on screen.
