Playstation 4 easily. Xbox has little to no exclusives now to my knowledge, most of the game for the console have come to PC. If you're going to wait, see what happens to scalebound, if that comes to PC you mighjt as well stay on PC to get all the relevant games from xbox

Ps4 has bloodborne and sfv which is also on pc, xbox has forza and halo both of which will end up on pc eventually, decide which you like best out of those.

ps4 has blunderborne, a couple of good weeb games that wont find their way to PC and EDF
xbone has forza horizon 2, halo, and can emulate 360 games in proper backwards compatibility fashion which is a bonus if you never had a 360 imho
Personally I'd go with the xbone because I never really liked souls games and I'm not big on weeb shit, forza horizon 2 I'd play for 2000 hours with a decent wheel though

to be fair splatoon was decent, but content poor and not really worth 60$. bayonetta 2 was good, one step forward and one step back from bayonetta 1 though.
fast racing neo was good but with my larger TV (and i guess months with 1080p) i can't stand the fucking edges, and rubberbanding makes it unplayable SP

Forza is already on PC, and they have already confirmed (not rumors, confirmed by Microsoft themselves) that all future Forzas will be on PC.
As for Halo, they said Halo 5 itself is not coming... At least for now. They said literally nothing about past or future titles.
