there's always people hacking on GTA V and they rarely get banned so it's more of a constantly running chance of getting banned than "you'll surely get banned for playing these games"

I don't see any reason to play online on the Xbox 360 , specially if you want to play GTA V

Xbox Live on the 360 is still really strong, some games are nearly on par with PC in terms of people playing (GTA V and Battlefield 4 for example).
