What was the last unique or original game you played?
CounterSpy, like a week ago.
The only time I ever felt like playing an Unique/original game was when I played Katamari forever for the first time
Solar 2 is the first thing to come to mind.
portal
Mount&blade
Uncharted 4
Splatoon
Dark Messiah.
Overwatch
Nights
I'm not saying that in a dickish "It's been 20 years since i played a unique game" way, I mean I first played it a few months ago.
In terms of release date, maybe Wonderful 101
Minecraft
Portal I guess

probably the Shadow of the Beast remake. Really unique combat system that's halfway between a rhythm game and a sidescrolling beat 'em up.
Also it has actual platforming. With timing and quick reactions and everything. I think the last platformer I played that had actual platforming was Mirror's Edge.
Evolve
Probably shenmue
I'm too old to see anything I haven't seen already. That being said, Call to Arms is unique. There aren't many modern day setting RTS games. It's usually fantasy, WW2, or ancient warfare.
this
shame it was killed by its own developers
Leisure Suit Larry. Game about a pervert trying to get laid. Every girl has AIDS in the game.
Catherine
You mean publishers, devs have no control over the DLC policies that killed their game.
