I always thought the art style was atrocious looking Klasky-Csupo shit, and I've heard so many people talk about how it's literally the closest thing mankind will ever have to an experience in the Garden of Eden that I'm basically not playing it out of spite.
I hope Psychonauts 2 turns out good so the people who enjoyed the first one don't kill themselves out of depression.

I liked the art style.
It's not really klasky-csupo looking. Psychonauts has a lot more asymmetry and the characters significantly more boxy than anything out of a K-C cartoon.

The gameplay is above average but nothing spectacular. Play it because the characters, scenarios, and writing are all amazing and it's fun to just "experience" the game.

I enjoyed it. It had a nice charm to it but the lack of polish really shows, it's a shame development was kind of hellish.
Anyone know how the sequel is going? I keep seeing negative things when scrolling by these threads, clueless as to why.
