Playing the ps remake. It's a snoozefest. I can one hit literally every enemy and i have not grinded whatsoever

I'm complaining about entering a new area and not having to face any challenge. When you can just one hit every enemy, battles become a nuisance that just waste time.

It was ok. It had some good ideas that weren't well-implemented, downright broken at places. It's not as bad as the rep it gets, but it's not as good as Sup Forums says either. Out of the classic series, I'd place it over IV but beneath everything else.

I like the magic system. But making mp recovery items so expensive almost ruins it. Like i thought ff1's magic system was eh, but now i can appreciate the design

I agree. SaGa is better though, I've been playing SaGa 2 and loving it.

The class system does nothing for me, Bartz does nothing for me, the story is forgettable, the humor is meh-ish.
It a bit overrated.

Ethers have always been more expensive than they're worth in almost every Square RPG, and most JRPG's in general.

Also, FFII is pretty good I think. It's got it's flaws but they're overstated and don't impact the game nearly as much as people say. That said, I can understand why people wouldn't like it as much, it's a bit of an unconventional leveling system for FF and everything else is just standard fare for 80's JRPGs.

I'm just getting so sick of all the empty rooms in the dungeons that place you once spot from the door, and when you walk to the door you encounter a fight. The dungeons are filled with them and they have no payoff.
