Most MOBAs are about the same as Paragon in terms of graphical fidelity, the only difference is that they went for a cartoony look instead of realism. That doesn't mean that they look worse, it just means that they have a different artstyle.

play the game and see for yourself. It takes 30 minutes to power up and unlock all your skills/cards. Until that happens you will not cap their base. Play enough games and time it and you will see that it's artificial like that.
I guess you could say the same about any moba but for some reason it stands out worse in Paragon since the damage is not satisfying. your not gonna be penta anyone.
