480 is bargain bin and amd is already using it in apus.
So if the xbones uses a 480 it should be possible albeit not really enjoyable but devs confirmed they dont care about framerate.
So yeah they might be able to go from med-low settings @1080p20fps to med-low settings 4k20fps.
