What games did you play today?

What games did you play today?

Day was really busy, only got in a few games in Overwatch.

SHUT THAT GODDAMN WINDOW!

I haven't played video games in over a month.

Hearts of Iron 4
Gave Poland and Rumania a good German dicking, with honorable mentions from Hungary, Croatia and Serbia.
Fucking France shot down all my fighters though.

Just finished some St

A whole lot of blazblue combo trials.

A fucking LOT of Final Fantasy V. I'm not doing FJF but seeing other anons over on /ffg/ post about it made me want to give the game another try.

Its actually really fun if you don't abuse the shit outta the job system.

Haven't played anything today. Watched E3 and dealing with a sinus infection that induces lots of fucking headaches. Might play Persona 3 Portable in a bit when the pain ends.

Played some Osmos. The game is fucking hard.

Limbo. Waiting for Pixel Pirates to download

>unironically playing video games in 2016

Played some of Solus Project, and a little bit of Danganronpa.

Is Danganronpa any good? Thinking about buying both games in the Steam summer sale

Not him, but in my opinion they were both very enjoyable.

Played runescape all day, gained 900k fishing exp

I need friends desperately. What video game would it be easiest to make some in?

I'm thinking about playing FFXIV again but it didn't work last time. I just played through everything on my own using the duty finder. I'm also considering Warframe just because a lot of people say it has a friendly community, but the last time I tried it I didn't like the core gameplay.

I can't stand being alone anymore. I watched all of E3 and have nobody to discuss it with and get hyped over new games with. I hate this.

I slept all day then worked. Gonna play some Witcher 3 sometime tonight though

The last game I played was WoW about 5 years ago.

I'm just here for Sup Forums

I did some MTG on cockatrice if that counts.
Aside from that, I played some CIV 4 and some Warband

Most of my HoI experience is with 2 and Darkest Hour/Arsenal of Democracy. How does 4 compare?

First one is my favorite but I've yet to get into Danganronpa 2. And that's just cause the games have been on backlog for so long.

Honestly try GMod. Or Counter Strike. GMod was my first game ever on steam and over a year it got me up to 200 friends.

Not a damn one, just barely got home with just enough time for a beer Sup Forums and bed

The Ai is a fucking joke. I can easily push Japan out of China with 3 panzer divisions + 2 SS (MOT) divisions, using Chinese INF as meat for the grinder. The AI also loves to spam fighters.
The focus trees are kinda fun though. Feels almost like playing KR, but you can see the trees. Production is also really good. You don't just have IC, you have civilian factories and military factories. Civilian factories make more factories/buildings and repair stuff. Military factories make the equipment for divisions. So you can deploy divisions even if they don't have all the equipment they want, they just fight worse.
The battleplan system is good for the mass INF blobs that you want to capture and hold territory, but if you want to get tactical encirclements, you need to micro your armor/MOT

Played through a good bit of the first DOOM for the first time, I love it so much and I see why its so popular
Bit of overwatch after that, felt slow as hell with a tracer coming from doom
Finished some of my hearthstone chores
Pretty good day all in all

I played overwatch with my feet

Tekken Tag Tournament 2.
It was free for gold members on XBL, so yeah.
Gonna play some HS in a matter of minutes prolly.
Some FM6 with my 500 dollars expensive wheel setup, because I'm rich and I have money.

Try and get some emergen-c if you're still feeling it, its a powder thing that you put in your water and works pretty well
Tastes like orange soda

Emergen-c is great,

Sounds like it might be worth picking up then, if it ever goes on sale. I also kind of think that I should wait to see if paradox is going full dlc this time around.

Played MegaMan Legends 2.
I'v never played it before and I'v beaten Legendd 1 over 5 times.
Forgot how adorable megaman and roll were.

I ordered my very first gaming PC today. It's a laptop which I know isn't optimal but it's all current situations allow for. Feels kinda weird to be honest.

Don't buy it. Even on a sale. Unless you're ever desperate for a mod only available on the forums and no one on /gsg/ will get it for you.

Also, make sure to use /gsg/mod. It fixes all sorts of little things, and adds some nice, country-appropriate music.

Well, thanks for the information user.

had to deal with adult shit today so just a half hour of Project M with my brother

I'd like to order a W10 gaming laptop too, you know, Play Anywhere stuff.
Basically a portable X1, since I can't move mine around.

Peach is fucking great in pm, I usually don't have mains in smash but I don't hate picking her all the time

played tf2 with the time I had

It feels kinda odd to be spending this much on a hobby going into college. Makes me wonder if it was worth it

I'm really surprised more peach's in PM (barely fucking anyone) don't utilize her non-melee moves/AT. utilt is actually good, peach bomber is loads useful if you know your percents (also GODLY in peach dittos, for calling out floats), turnip AGT shit, etc
I also co-main Zelda for some matchups.

Who the fuck plays video games these days, it's all about politics.

in order
bloodborne
morrowind
hearthstone
lord of the rings online
overwatch
heroes of the storm
i opened realm f the mad god and fallout 4 i guess.

I like to use shielda some times to fuck with people, going shiek first and switching when I die/get a stock

Nothing atm,
but i will play fallout NV when i get home from work

I've done that in bracket before. it's dirty, but fuck you for counter-picking my Zelda to wario ware.

Damn good taste

Come on over and join us by posting screens of your playthrough. They're always welcome in /ffg/

I should do that in bracket without switching back, just to fuck with peoples counterpicks like you said
You have a local scene or nah?

Paragon, it might not be shit some day.

Need to DotA.

SoCal so yeah, I only ever go to either tiny locals to play friendlies with homies or Balcony's though

I played some smash, now playing fast racing neo

Holy shit I envy you so God damn much
Socal is the fucking capital of smash, id pay it all to live in norwalk and chill with the boys
Do you play any other characters?

Skyforge and Ghost 1.0. All I've played for the past several days.

what region are you?
I have some secondaries I fuck with in friendlies like samus (ice only), tink, and more recently mewtwo.
mewtwo's so cool, float cancels, teleports, dat nair

Played some Dark Souls 3 PvP.

and I have officially decided that I am not playing it anymore. The PvE of the game was fun, but the PvP is so hilariously broken that any retard can pick up an estoc or a straight sword and demolish PvP with it. Not to mention invading with anything that is slower than a straight sword isn't even worth trying. Gank fests, chugging fests, no-fun fests. It's truly depressing because I wanted the PvP to be good more than anything.

and here comes the litany of people telling me to git gud

Dork souls 3 PvP

Sims 3

North Alabama, we have a small 10 man thing at most in my city but Huntsville is where our top couple pr ranked people play with a lot of people at the college

damn that blows man. at big balc I chilled with these dudes from Idaho. I didn't even know they had a scene but they were some beasts. there's a lot of really good players out there but nobody ever hears about them. since y'know, illegal game etc etc

one thing that sucks about SoCal though, is 64 is nonexistent here.

Yeah, if you want 64 go to peru
Also, when I said ten man local at most, I mean just for melee (sometimes pm)
Its not that bad because I know everyone and its super chill, but id love to go to a bigger tourney soon

FFX and Overwatch, I had a comfy day.

Mostly overwatch and I'm considering reinstalling Napoleon total war but I can't remember if its shit or not.

I played both Battlefield 4 and Overwatch for the first time. Battlefield feels very rushed, gameplay is annoying, the menus are straight garbage, and the graphics aren't even that good. And Overwatch just isn't for me. It's too slow and inconsistent, and I regret paying for it. I played Rocket League for the first time this weekend for free on Xbone and I had a fucking blast on it, I might just pick that up and start playing that instead.

Haven't been playing anything so far. Will probably put some time into Deathsmiles later, maybe some Total Warhammer.

Thinking about buying Overwatch or Odin Sphere.

GC animal crossing

Just Rocket League in between conferences

>What a save!
>What a save!
>What a save!
>xXSepherothSword57Xx has left the match
>Boomer has joined the match

halo reach, sega superstars tennis, silent hill 2 hd, naruto rise of a ninja, sonic & sega all stars racing, team fortress 2, and a lil minecraft on the side

I finally beat LISA, been marathoning it the past few days.

I legitimately felt like throwing up during the Rando fight.

I don't like LISA; not because it's a bad game but because it does such a fantastic job at making me feel like shit. Great game but I never want to replay this, it's like Requiem for a Dream the game.

Bloodborne

Trying to get behind Victoria 2. A lot to take in compared to eu4 and ck2 but its fun nonetheless.

>I'd like to order a W10 gaming laptop too, you know, Play Anywhere stuff.
I feel like I'm being shilled to
