I can't think of anything that looks better. The two games I'd say are even comprable are Mario Kart 8, 3d world, and Xenoblade.

Breath of the Wind has the potential to be up there.

This one, it had a rather good launch in NA and people were playing it, but Marvel 3 killed it, and many people were turned off from it because "lol wii", but it's a pretty damn good fighting game, one of the best from 7th gen.

There was nothing there in the gameplay to be expanded, it worked. They added the UC just to show off the infernal demons in more detail, but it's good that it feels like an expansion of the first game because the first game is almost perfect*, and the one thing that made Bayo 1 imperfect (the insta-kill cutscene QTE) were nowhere to be seen on 2.

*disclaimer: perfect may be subjective

You could add styles, you could expand the long range combat, you could expand the familiar morphing...

Bayo is fun but it's nowhere near the levels of DMC4 combat perfection

The tonal differences between Neir and Bayonetta are about as close to polar opposites as you can get.

Yeah but Bayonetta is not really exactly like DMC so you can't compare. There's also some people that might prefer Ninja Gaiden over both DMC and Bayo.

I like all three series, but personally Bayo is my top favorite, both 1 and 2.
They didn't fuck up Bayo 2 like it happened to the DMC series, so that's good. There's of course still room for new ideas if there ever is a Bayo 3, but if not, I'm perfectly content with the 2 games we got.

It's coming to PC, it will be after the console release but it's coming. Confirmed even before the game was announced in December 2015.

Personally I would like it a lot more if they did a W101 sequel, the combat in that game is crazy good but the game suffers horribly from the WiiU limitations

Mario Kart 8 looks better if only because of art direction. Bayon 2 looks like shit on a 1080p monitor, it's like you're back to 2006.
