Pdta and infinity blade are good though.
Again, got about 400 or so apps so this is just the first page. Recently been playing Merchant RPG, a fine idle rpg about being a merchant and sending adventurers on quests to refine and sell what they bring back. Got Shogunyan in Wib Wob, no real money spent (any healing yo-kai is OP). Deer God is on sale for the first time so tried that out, seems okay. Also grabbed Rimelands on sale, gonna try that out.
Show us the Faves.
I only have pocket morty and fallout shelter. What is other good choices of mobile games?
Tada.
Man I was fucking stoked to find Sumotori on iOS. Never Gone is a surprisingly decent 2D action game with a shitty translation. Aralon 2 feels like Skyrim and not in a good way, like character customization went to complete shit and everything feels so streamlined at the cost of being more of an RPG like the first game. Last City is some action game I found about cyborgs on roller skates fighting aliens. Gotta finish Forgotten Memories some day. Aquaria works okay on an iPhone 6s but it's a bit small and I recently redownloaded Godzilla Smash 3 cuz I watched the movie again and got in a Godzilla mood.
There's only trash on google play
Hitman GO is a masterpiece. Platinumed it on the PS4 but it's no doubt perfect on a phone. Don't bother with Lara Croft; it's redundant and replaces the side objectives with crappy Where's Waldo collectibles.
Rage HD is a shockingly good rail shooter. Best played in a dark room with headphones in the Virtual Window mode where you physically spin around and aim with your device to do so in the game. Tense, difficult, and nuanced with no time-wasty bits.
>Dont Starve
Nigga what, i didnt knew about this.
>Not having The banner Saga, Civilization or Xcom
Pleb taste
Actually you can get Hitman GO with Lara Croft for $5, same as buying Hitman alone.
I also recommend Desert Golfing, which seems like a dumb meme until it clicks and becomes zen.
>iOS
I have Fruit Ninja and that's it. I only bought it because I had a job where I had nothing better to do and needed to pass the time.
The only game I still have on my mobile is Minesweeper...

Really? It's been out for a while. iOS only though, that's probably why. Since Don't Starve can be played just through the mouse it makes the transition to touchscreen decent enough. It's basically the whole base game+Reign of the Giants. Only difference is when custom generating a world you can't select the max option for generating things, only "more" or "less" (PC version also has like "lots more" or something).

What a gay
I am changing my phone soon, wonder if i should change to iphone to get a bit more of portable gaming fix.
Vita i and 3DS outside my house feels autistic even for me.
>Grindr
are you really a gay or just including that for keks?
anyone into nethack?
Oh yeah, it definitely ain't perfect. Default controls suck ass, it lets you move on screen buttons so I moved L and R dodge to top corners so I can press them with my index fingers like triggers, just curl them to touch the screen slightly. No idea why other devs don't do this, it feels way more natural as someone who's used to portable consoles.
Otherwise yeah, it's still about as imprecise as you'd think, but on a base level Dust was never super complex to begin with. Plus I just really appreciate being able to play it on the go, I liked the game a bunch.
...
what level of calculator are you on? I'm up to 24
iOS has better library with exclusive games and also more incentive for developers (while not impossible, infinitely harder to pirate on iOS than android. Also I always felt iOS is a much smoother, consistent and lag-free experience than android in general, though your mileage may vary.
That said, iOS has a shitload of restrictions to make the device both extremely secure (to the point of FBI making a big deal out of it) and retard proof (you cannot hard-brick and iPhone short of physically damaging it). Depending on how you use your phone and for what, it might not meet your needs (no easy emulation for one thing).
I was blessed to get a jailbroken 6s which I maintain is the best phone I've ever used (it's how I get the sexy round and huge folders and Mac style dock). That said, iOS 9 and up introduced a thing which basically disables traditional JIT support for emulators. A 6s is powerful enough to emulate almost everything on interpreter, but most PSP games won't run well without speedhacks (it's gotten more optimized recently) and retroarch PSX cores have some incompatibility quirks. The guy who made Dolphin is porting it to iOS and he says he should be able to implement JIT in another way, but it's still a ways away. You can't jailbreak or downgrade from the latest firmware yet, so take that into consideration. If I wasn't jailbroken I'd probably swap to a nexus 6p or something cuz I need muh emulators.
I am. I got a lot of decent mobile-based roguelikes, but I used to play straight up ports of nethack on my phone too.
And also, yes. Playing on a 3DS or god forbid a Vita in public looks just as autistic as you think it does. I've burned into my mind the image of the pasty white nerd with an oversized zelda bag fumbling over himself trying to play on a 3DS XL while on the bus. I mean sure, who cares what strangers think, but God almighty it looked so stupid.

PDTA's bomb-dropping minigame is infuriatingly bugged to control on iOS, like the button hitbox is tiny.
I got the IF games in a bundle just today and finished Shade (and loved it) years ago. Mainly interested in Hadean Lands.
>Puzzles and Dragons
My nigger
Gross ports, nigga.
Had my boy emulator and I got so fucking fed up with touch screen controls I bought a used GBA and a flashcart, probably one of the better decisions I made with my money on a whim
Fuck touchscreens
IF YOU DON'T HAVE SUPERBROTHERS SWORD AND SWORCERY EP THEN YOU KNOW FUCKING JACK SHIT ABOUT THE WORLD
EEEEEEEEEEEE
I got it for free but I didn't play it

>Plants vs Zombies 2
I love that game
Modern Day alone after playing all the worlds was worth it, regardless of what people say
don't be a meanie
i really think it's the only game that benefits from being on a cellphone device, while also being pretty fucking cute with nice atmosphere, great music and neat things going on.
>Everyone has a baby dragon
>But me
Also, spawning huts are bullshit.

>No mention of 'Out There: Omega'
It's a lovely little game, and it has no love.
i don't even know why i have clash royale
I actually don't play some of these games that much but I'm too lazy to delete them in case i feel like playing them again sometime.
Any good investigations games? Murder mystery games? Anything that isnt a shitty "I spy" reskin?
The best i got was Dual Destinies and Mysery Room layton brothers
If I had a android I would have a emulators
>not having The Banner Saga, Civilization and Xcom on pc
Oh, so there are good games for mobile systems?
I have to admit I only now got an iPhone 5S (before that I had a dumb phone) and maybe I should give some a try. Any tips of freemiums games for me?
Anything is fine, to be honest. I just want something to kill time between trips or when I'm about to sleep.
I heard device 6 is good and there's the Ace Attorney trilogy app which is more investigation than lawyering desu
ghost trick and this is more of a VN, but Steins;gate with the english translation patch
Baby dragon isn't even that good. Also hut spam is annoying but can be countered by charging the other lane when you have an elixir advantage.
Underage. Please never post again.

How's the Domino's game?
why does this happen to what I wrote
>jailbroken iphone
>purple background
>[service provider]
I highly recommend Hundreds.
The circles bounce around the screen and you touch them to grow them so that the sum of sizes is 100. However, you die if any circles touch while growing.
This ramps up in difficulty damn quick and demands multitouch, sometimes even with three fingers. Has chill music and presentation. It's kinda like Operation, the board game, but with puzzle elements. Lots of new mechanics and twists get introduced over the 100 stages, and there's an endless mode too.
Delicious

>tfw basically shit deck with latest nerfs
s e n d h e l p!!!
I've been playing Clash Royale since launch, been a F2P player the entire time. Now I've hit the P2W wall. 2K+ trophies literally everyone is a whale that has legendary cards and when they beat you they spam laugh emotes
>HAHA I PAID MORE MONEY THAN YOU GET GOOD BRO AHAHAHAHAHA!!
I'm dropping this shit, I'm not gonna get bullied and laughed at by people who waste hundreds of dollars on a phone flash game
Also the youtube scene is true cancer with pieces of shit like molt taking up 90 out of 100 search results with his clickbait garbage
Which DQ ports are better than the DS versions?
Device 6 and Steins gate with an english translation patch huh?
Ill give it a try
How exactly do i patch it?
Anything else is for 12 year olds.
>Frotz
this guy gets it
none, but dq4 does have party chat in the mobile version (the english ds version doesn't)
Wait wait wait
Frotz is on iOS?
I can have all the INFOCOM???
o shit waddup
I'd go with zap over arrows user
Frotz is on iOS, it comes preloaded with indie games and you can download any Z-code games for it.
There's an Activision app called Lost Treasures of Infocom where you can pay 10 dollars and get the whole collection that includes most of the relevant Infocom games and cool bonus material.
Do note that you can get free versions of the Zork trilogy as Z-code for Zork on iOS, no need to stay with their old MIT version.
Pageboy is the shit my dude
FUCK YES
THANK YOU user AND WHOEVER AT ACTIVISION CARES ABOUT THIS SHIT
