Have not played for weeks now after it sunk in how terrible people truly are at Mario games as well as how little your levels will get attention. Even if they do, the player is most likely to quit after two tries.

This is why I used to like the Sup Forums threads. You'd get some people to play your levels and they'd give you feedback and stars. With the help of those plays and stars, you'd then get more random plays than normally, which gave you somw more exposure. But recently, most people don't seem to play a lot of the levels posted in these threads. Everyone wants to shill their stuff but only a few people actually people's levels.

Unfortunately it suffers from the same thing as every other game that allowed players to make level and share them.

Most of the levels are complete garbage and there's so much of it that it completely hides and overwhelms good stuff and other shit stuff (your levels).

I made a level that managed to get 9+ medals in a couple of days. It's been around for almost 3 months now and no one has touched it for that entire time.

There's entirely too much shit constantly streaming onto the servers which would be fine if most of it wasn't total garbage.

It really is a shame, I wish they'd do a better job of seeing what goes where. I feel like 75% of the levels that come up in 'expert' 100 mario challenge are basically troll levels in one way or another. While the rest are okay or some actually good and challenging levels. I've been trying to get through expert it but I can't be assed to just sit there and hold skip for 2 hours waiting for a good level to appear. Dropping thwomps on people right at spawn does not an 'expert' level make.

From my experience Normal is a good area if you really want to hunt "Mario like" levels, Expert sometimes yields better results but you still have to wade through a lot of shit
