I saw an indie game a while ago where you clear out rooms hotline miami style, but they're all pitch black and your cone of visual is limited to your flashlight, anybody know this game?

But really, is it that shallow? I've intentionally avoided looking anything up about it since I want an exploration game to be about, well, exploration and discovery. I watched a friend play it briefly and it looked pretty good, but if there's not a lot of depth hue to it I might hold off.
I was interested since I liked the forest and stranded deep, but after how little there was to do in stranded deep, I help back for more updates on games like those.
