I've finished the tutorial in Victoria 2 but I still have no idea what to do in an actual game. I started a game as Brazil but all I did was change the tax rates a few times and watch my income go up and down for a little bit before quitting. And when I went to watch a video to see what they do all they did was invade everyone and I would prefer not to do that.
EU3 (or 4, can't remember) was easier to get into obviously but I still got bored of it pretty quickly. What would you suggest? I might try playing EU3/4 again.
