As a kid I didn't understand how after the first three games I didn't like this fourth one. The concept of character rights and different studios working on it was foreign to me. I thought it was maybe because I played it on Gamecube and Spyro was usually on Playstation consoles.
Years later I actually REPURCHASED the game on PS2 thinking it would be less buggy. It's in a pile set for a yard sale tomorrow.

Top 5, maybe even top 3 of my favorite games ever, and most people i've met that has even heard about it hates it.
It's the closest you'll ever get to living in Tolkiens universe. It nails the atmosphere of the book, and the music is god damn amazing. Shame it never got a sequel
