The game is set in a Victorian city, English language is the default. Japanese language is the dub.

I know we throw this word around loosely, but you really have to be autistic and think that the standard for good acting comes from melodramatic anime to possibly think the English voices in the Souls games are bad. It's arguably the absolute best in the industry.
