Nope, prices are constant throughout the sale now. A few thngs MIGHT get added/adjusted, but it's mainly because Publishers want the date/price of their pc sales to match their console ones too.
So look to live/psn to see if they have any sales coming up to see if there will be any late additions.

Gog sale was actually pretty good. Bought the Witcher 3 expansion and got 2 free games on top of it.
