OP if you install the carmageddon mod you can ensure that any cops or civies you kill in the campagin will not be by your hand

You can avoid civilian deaths if you *Giggles* drive carefully and make chase missions/races hell for yourself.

OP if you buy it, and get stuttering issues, don't run the game through Steam. Launch it directly from the .exe in the install directory, this solved the stuttering for me. Have fun, and you should try out a Realistic Handling mod if you like to drift.

Play Postal 2 and do a pacifist run, then come back to GTA IV and go on a murder spree.
