Refunds did present a problem with Flash deals, but Valve are just lazy shitters who throw out things rather than work on a solution. And then just say it's not their fault because they didn't cause the problem even thougfh they are putting in no effort, to the customer's detriment.

Gameplay, animations and some voice acting is shit.

The story and characters in turn are the best out of all the games in the series.

The main storyline was alright for 5 bucks but I couldn't bother to even start NG+ because of some improvements that only arrived in Neptunia 3 that made crafting and shopping vastly more enjoyable.

The third game's problems are extensive walls of text and bad story and character interactions.

Haven't bought 2nd one because of criticism.
