ESRB is legit. There's nothing wrong with not wanting to play a game because it offends you, just don't try and change the game to cater to your sensitive baby skin. So the ESRB just lists out what's in the game that could possibly trigger somebody, and they get to make the decision to play or not, with only themselves to blame if they do and get upset.

As a huge Samurai Shodown fan, her being in KoF14 is the only reason I'm considering buying it. Even though I've never played a KoF game before and I'm a huge fighting game scrub.
As a fan of fighting games, but not of FPS, I feel this immensely. The latter is super-popular, and for a while every single AAA Western game was FPS. I just shrugged and continued to play Japanese games.
But every time a fighting game releases, people come crawling out of the woodwork to whine about how it's not accessible enough to them, how the gameplay is archaic and repetitive, etc.

As much as people joke about it, SFV also looks better than its initial reveal. I know people will post about Ken's face and the clipping, but it does look better than when it was first shown off. That said, KoFXIV is probably the only game I've seen this gen that has made such a huge leap in quality from what was initially shown off.
