Give her a bit less HP and cause her freeze to freeze people at a diffirent rate depending on their HP

Widowmaker nerfs:

-Bodyshots now start at 5 damage and charge up to 25 damage total
-No nerf to headshot damage or anythinge else.

She is then exactly the same in a good players hand but you wont get bodyshotted twice within 2 seconds and die to a shitter every game, and there won't be 3 widowmakers on attack anymore.

Since I'm the only one with a brain apparently, mei needs only one nerf. Either her overall health (250, Jesus fucking christ) or her regeneration. I have tried every stray for 1v1ing a mei and for close combat she will always heal with 25-50 health left, and her heal will even negate tracers bomb if attached before healing.
