They endlessly port beg and act superior when they can't wait for the latest emulator to play games everyone else played a decade ago with buttery smooth 17fps and then claim PC always wins.

The PC master race subreddit is ok at times, but the bending over backwards for AMD is awful. Most people buy NVIDIA cards simple because they are better then what AMD offers.

calm down Tyrone, I'm sure 970's are holding up fine for their owners. I have a 980 Ti and it's just grand. I've used AMD products before and I prefer NVIDIA.

It's also the only current gen card in that price bracket. It literally has no competition so you can say it has the worst performance in that price bracket.

The point is that it's an improvement in that price bracket over last gen.

Its a bitch to develop for multiple platforms. These exclusivity constrains only hurt innovation and quality of games and the devs because a few manufacturers want to solidify their position on the market even if they fuck the rest over. The same goes for OSes, GPU cards, consoles, etc.

Im speaking from a technical pov. There should be less of a technical hurdle between these consoles. If you want exclusivity, go for the IP route, not the soft/hardware way imo.

this isnt about money. People want quality for what they pay for. THe more exclusivity there is, the bigger a port will flop.
