Rhythm Heaven

Fuck this game.

Why won't the game even show me the timing advice.
I can't even beat the instructions.

>Have experience from DS and Fever

>Got majority of gold and some perfects save for some exceptions like DOOWOP and Shrimp Shuffle

>Play similar games on Megamix

>Late, late Late Late, Early, early Early Early

I don't care if i still got around the 90's, that shit still fucking bothers me

why is the coin flip so hard?

It's hard to fight the instinct to count to three in seconds, when the time units are actually of variable length based on the beat.

I got my ass beat by perfecting Lockstep in the Japanese version. Now you faggots gotta do it this time.

Enjoy.

If it makes you feel better, you were probably getting lates and earlies all the time on the other games too, they just weren't giving you feedback so precise.

I wanna fuck the other game though.

Its not that bad If you can keep a steady beat going somehow.

>Being bad at Lockstep

you have shit rhythm.

POST IT

HEY, BABY
HOW'S IT GOIN'?

new rhythm heaven game?

what is this? what platform?

3ds
Download only, goy

*ptshhh*
*SHA*

WELP

is dolphin able to emulate that garbage yet or what?

THIS.
BEAT.
IS NON.
STOP.

All the girls in that flash look erotic as fuck, that simple look really turns me on for some reason.

You can use Dolphin to play the Wii Game if you wanted too right now.

I don't know if a lock bug was ever fixed for it though, it would crash after attempting to play a certain one game. this was years ago, probably fixed.

oh yeah

>playing Chicken Car
>have trouble getting the timing down
>Finally start getting the timing down, slightly miss the final part.
>"Hey... we noticed youre having trouble, This is supposed to be fun, not a chore. We'll let you pass"

NO, FUCK NO. YOU SAID I CANT PASS UNTIL I BEAT ONE OF YOUR CHALLENGES, IM GONNA BEAT THE FUCKING CHALLENGE. Don't patronize me with that casual shit.

I welcomed that shit after Moai Doo-Wap.

it was the very last game on the DS that i was able to figure out the perfect for.

That feel when final remix just jumps from flock step to frog hop to bunny hop with no warning.
I know it's because the base tap beat is the same, but it still freaks me out a bit.

>getting a perfect is hard
Just wait until later.

what is this supposed to be? 4 of the same lockstep in a row?

game is easy if you just ignore the visuals and just have a good sense of rhythm in general. you would have to doubletap every time the offbeat will happen, so there's no worry if you just relax.

Each instance is faster and you get 3 lives to pass each one

oh?

well that does sound like a challenge. fastest lockstep would be probably closer to Lockstep 2 on the DS, which i found easier than the first though.

Lockstep 2 is slower than 1 though

>fastest lockstep would be probably closer to Lockstep 2 on the DS
I don't understand what you mean by this.
Lockstep 2 was slow as shit.

oh i got the songs mixed up then.

It's been years since i finished that game.

So if 2 was slower then I suppose i'm gonna have a difficult time with that

I really can't stop playing Sumo Brothers.
It's just too fun and the song is too good. Is it included again in challenges aside from the second page?

I know they split up the final mixes because putting them all in would be too long but they should have had a final megamix anyway.
In post game, for optional marathon madness.
Unless they do then please spoil that surprise.

>fuck up the very last step in Flock Step once the screen fades out every time

I will never perfect it

See, I just keep stepping well past the point where it's over.

...

I only played fever with it's A and B inputs.
directional inputs mess me up.

>tfw 95 flow

What do you mean?
Once the music stops I just keep tapping to the beat but I always miss the very last step.
Am I just not supposed to press the button or have I lost all my ability to keep rhythm when both the audio and visual cues are cut off?
