Lots of Carnages have the same skills, so you can relearn them that way, and if you learn a skill you already have, you get +1 versions of it, so if you learn Zan twice you get Zan+1. You can also later reforge the same carnage to make a +1 of the Carnage, which actually gives it a new skill for 5 total.

wiiuiso has a rushjob patch of the EU version and then just the EU version.
The rushjob is through mega, but the EU version is through google drive. Google drive is also somewhat faster.

Get that one, then wait for the patch.

I'm actually not sure on that, usually if I have +x skills learned I'm not gonna want to delete them.

And no, all base carnages have 4 skills you can learn, but when you forge the +1 carnage, they get an extra skill, which is usually a decent one, so even if you forge a low level +1 carnage, it'll still have a decent skill you may want to learn
You just gotta learn more session skills to link them together, and try different party combinations
