How do you logic out who Zero is?
I beat the game but when I got to the part where Sean is forced to reveal Zero, I only knew the answer because Sup Forums had spoiled me. Are you supposed to put the part were Zero talks about him and his sister being sent back in time together with the Sigma and Diana having twins timeline and realize that his name is Delta... or is there a more straightforward way?
Also I did the Force Quit Box in reverse chronological order D, Q, C. I really liked that, I might be kind of stupid but it took me 90% of the way through Q's force quit section before I understood why the box was suddenly open for them.

If team-C voted to kill team Q and D got killed without being given a shot at the button themselves, same for team Q and D afterwards. If team C voted not ot kill they'd put them to sleep and put team Q in the room to vote, etc.

On the C ending, Zero tells you who he is and you can figure out you're supposed to type Delta because of the anagram.

Because of the twins thing I know that he is Delta, but theres no fragment that has sigma diana and Eric shoot Sean. I've already done the entire Carlos Shifting segment.

It's the kind of cliché Uchikoshi is so fond of.

He was with Q team the entire time, as he IS Q. Sean was never referred to as anything but Sean. This knowledge makes replaying Q's section a lot more interesting.
It also explains why Q's portrait in the Status screen is never visible, even when playing as Q Team.
They ignore him for the most part, as they believe him to be Deaf/Blind/Crippled, and therefore it's basically pointless acknowledging his existence. He cannot respond, he cannot see what's unfolding in front of him and he cannot get up and interact.

He was with Q-Team all along as well, check for shadows in Q-Team scenes, you'll be able to spot it in almost every fragment that Q isn't dead.

He was referenced in some way by almost every team as well.
For example, Eric asks the 'old man' what he thinks, with Mira responding that it's meaningless to do so since he wouldn't respond. The camera pans to Gab though to mislead you here.
When Q-Team is announced to have been executed, Junpei mentions how horrible it is that Q died saying 'he couldn't even see or hear when...'.
I think Sigma also mentions his disgust that Q was even brought to play this game too, but I can't remember exactly what he said.

Whenever someone mentions an old guy in the Q team they usually show Gab. They're not talking about Gab

I forgot about the Anagram, because like I said I already knew the answer from the internet so that information kinda went into my mental trash pile. However later looking back on how someone was supposed to figure it out on their own I was confused. It all makes sense now.
Also don't worry, when I got to the the "Who's Zero?" question even though I knew the answer I didn't give it until I completed more stuff so I wouldn't spoil more stuff for myself.

there are quite a few hints . Iirc in the timeline where Q team blows up junpei mentions that Q couldn't see or hear what happened. Plus you can see his shadow in the Q team sections

Sean to!d them off screen, there was never a moment where Eric and Mira didn't know his name. Try never say his name because it would give the twistt away. I think they start calling him Sean in the cuts ends immediately after you reveal zero

You need to have seen Q team's execution. Then, I think in the timeline where Carlos kills Akane, he sends Q team the hint to check behind the portrait. Then a new fragment in Q team shows up which is them investigating the door and getting the Twins' Birthday hint. Finally, with D team, you must solve the ayy lmao puzzle and transport to the other timeline, solve the showers puzzle and input the twins birthday as the password for the yellow door. That'll reunite Diana, Sigma, Sean, Eric and Carlos.
