Wondering if Gill is for later DLC, tease for SF6(it will never happen) or just a bridge for SF3. The latter would be lamest choice.

Aren't the dlc characters coming out now "season 1"? So if there's other planned on a possible s2 wouldn't they have to somehow be in the story? All dlc characters so far were shown. So with that in mind I think they're gonna continue from there with Gil. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Bridging to SF3 is unavoidable at this point anyway.

What was that "unlocked something EXTRA" after the credits? Did something actually unlock? Searched around and didn't see shit.

If i go to the story it just starts my game without doing anything, while if i go to the library i can't see the DLC, what the hell?

Assuming Steam, after you press download and the game is inexplicably launched, close it and go to the game's page in your library. You should be able to tick the box there.

You have to go through every fight individually on and select extra

I think, I don't know, I haven't bothered doing extra yet. UI in this game is complete shit.

If you're willing to put in some time to learn it and get good then you should end up loving it, and you should get rewarded with free DLC via fight money. If you're gonna boot it up, mash buttons, get your ass beat and blame the game, then you are definitely wasting $40

The involvement of Alex, and Laura was disappointing. And for that matter, you only get to use Chun once, and she was just kind of there the whole time.
This is so especially given how much you get to play Rashid and Karin. It's like they're the main caharacters. Rashid probably is, though.

Alex and Uriens rolls expand in SFIII. They both only appeared twice, both were playable once.

I expected all SFIII characters to get ignored, Ibuki got it easy since she's working under the Kanzuki clan.

Fighting game stories should never try to be more than dumb, that's what made sf story good in the first place. I wanted more in the style of Balrog killing elephants with one punch and that's what I got

Story started off entertaining, but turned out really shitty. Ryu of all people beating Bison (instead of Chun Li or Guile) was fucking stupid. The humor and execution was also really awkward because you can tell they are too afraid to stick with their Japanese roots as they want to appeal to the dudebros.

Also the transitions and cuts were awful. Scenes happened way too often with loading in between each one. It could have done better to just have longer scenes with less transitions.
