also, if the game makes it fully auto and doesn't have semi-automatic firing mode, then the original intent is to be used fully auto, meaning it has shit recoil and you can't hit anything with it.

Yeah but in canada you can get a free SKS for buying 3k rounds of surplus ammo that is banned in the US for like .16 maplecents per round. That's insane.

Also you can get an authentic Russian SKS for less than half of what they cost here, and SVT's for like a quarter of their cost in the states.

I personally use my whole hand to move it. That using the support-hand to charge weapons is some weird NATO shit that doesn't cope well with AK's anyway, plus you can easily keep the gun pointed towards the target anyway.

That's OK.
As a rightie, I prefer to keep my left hand on the handguard, while I switch the mag and charge the gun with my trigger hand. Makes it a lot easier to hold the gun up and pointed, and you also see all the mechanisms better + have more strength behind your charging handle pull.

L4D2 actually does the AK reload exactly the way I was trained to do it, and still do.
