Why oh why, do I have the feeling that Valve is going to play victim and only give back a small percentage of the amount, before refusing to give a refund at all?

Spent $150 plus on the sale. Got 70 boogerbucks to last me until payday friday. Have financially crippling drinking and cigarette addiction.
