Steam Summer Sale Damage Reports

Now that its the end of the summer sale its that time

Post damage reports If you're ballsy enough post the total amount spent. $334.5 spent over here. I don't have a problem. I regret nothing.

Also for idiots who don't know how to view that information just go into Account Details then go to View licenses and product key activations.

Admittedly, I didn't have alot of money on hand. Lot of bills this month, but I got plenty of games to keep me busy over the rest of the year.

>DeltaZeal
Never heard of this one

looks neat

Do your worst.

>All that bad rats
You're a demon

I bought Hyper Light Drifter
But it controls like shit with Keyboard and mouse and I have no money right now for an xbox controller

>He doesn't already have a controller
Nigga why

It's my favorite way to reject a friend request.

A consolation prize of the highest order.

I'm a consolefag. Since my PC has never been powerful I usually play emulators and such and never tried Stream until a few days.

I have a 770, would I be able to play D44M with decent performance? I have some money to spend and I'm thinking of getting it.

Via GMG:
FFIX
FFX/X-2

Steam:
FFXIII
Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor
Dark Souls 2: SOTFS

I'd say $60 or $70 total

To my knowledge no

Doom requires really recent gpus to run

then use your Ps4 or Xbox 360/One controller

Fuck, okay then, thanks

I am sad that most of the games I wanted on Steam I got them on PS4. Things are not going as planned.

By consolefag I mean PS3 and Wii U right now.
I'm out of luck.

You could always pirate it to see if it runs

Or does it have strong anti-piracy on it?

> $0
> i didnt fall for the steam "sale" meme
>i didnt fall for the gayming pc meme either

lol

Yes

We get it

You're so superior to everyone else

Now fuck off little Timmy the adults are talking

...

>Environmental Station Alpha - $4
>Grow Home - $1 (G2A)
>Maybe D44M for $33 later on (G2A)

Why do anons with huge baskets of heavily discounted but completely mediocre games do it? Do you play all the games? Trade them later on? Do you just hoard them? I see this shit every single sale.

I've heard it uses Denuvo which got a lot of people butthurt

Pretty good taste my friend

Did you play Momodora 1-2?

i sold a $25 gift card online and got $20 that i spent on games.

>Age of Mythology
>Age of Empires 2 for my friend
>~$10

AoM is broken. Titan gates crash the game in multi.

i'm playing it with 70 fps on my 770
had to turn down some settings tho

Download the demo m80

are they on steam?

Shit, I might have to get it then!

rdein.itch.io/
They're free games

Momodora 1-3 each take about 2 hours to beat

thanks

Just Nep R3, Nep U, and Lightning Returns. I did buy every localized PS3 Trails game but Zestiria and Resonance of Fate on PSN sale though.

They also have pretty good music

DS3 and Wii U pro works too but its more complicated

Currently on vacation so I havent tested to see how well each of the games I got run.

>Hyperneptunia Dimension I,II, & III
>Lost Planet I,II, & III (yes I know the last one is bad, but might as well complete the series)
>All of Endless Legends DLC's
>Rise of the Tombraider (hope my 960 can run it as they recommend a 980)
>Batman Arkham Series except for Arkham Knight as I know it runs like shit
>Assassins Creed Black Flag Gold Edition
>Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition
>Dark Souls II, SOFTS
>Baldur's Gate I&II, without the DLC as it costs more than the base game
>Dark Messiah Might and Magic
>Deus Ex Human Revolution
>Hyper Light Drifter
>Salt and Sanctuary

Not worried about any of these games except for Rise of the Tombraider as I heard its very demanding for an XBONE port. Worse case scenario it runs like shit and I return it and use the money for the weekly sale.

>civ 5 complete
>ck2 vanilla (pirated the dlc)
>va11 halla (not even on sale)
>5 copies of tabletop sim

Not very much.
I still have some money left over, but I don't know what else to get.

>Lightning Returns.
ewww

Worst summer sale ever.

$0
Why buy a license for something i will only "own" until Valve shuts their doors? Or is forced by the us govt for illegal gambling?

Just pirate it. Most new games are shit nowadays anyways

>ck2 vanilla (pirated the dlc)

How do you do this anyway?

I've pirated the whole game and DLCs, but not only the DLCs.

Just put DLCs in the folder and run Activator?

Thea: The Awakening was a good purchase
I decided I'd get Supcom 2 DLC only if I liked it

That's what I did, yeah.

There's Dualshock 3 support for windows, it's just finicky and not as reliable as DS4 tools

This sale was shit.

Refunded JUST cause 3 because it's an unoptimised piece of shit and they ruined Rico

My backlog is getting too big to buy games the way I used to ;_;

refunding GTA V was a good call, too

>tfw spent no money on the steam sale but PSN has been having really good fucking sales as of lately
>spent $250+ on PSN sales, this week was godly for Vita
>still have another week of sales starting Tuesday
>also spent $100 on Splatoon, smash, Monster hunter 4 ultimate and some Zelda game during nintendo's E3 sale

Help

I've got 200 euro budget

I missed the sale due to work.

I can't seem to browse the new fucking store layout, I don't know where to look.

Can you guys recommend the best sales (total discount on good games) (Discount that won't get lower in a while)?

Can you do refunds on after redeemed games from your inventory?

Here: steamdb.info/sales/

>it's my birthday the day after the sale ends
;_;

Any anons mind telling me where to find purchase history?

Should I triggered terraria now? or wait for another sale?

I didn't buy a damn thing because every sale sucked.

>20% off
>25% off
>30% off
>Some titles not even on sale
Etc. Worst sale in years. Glad I got everything I wanted years ago.

I bought nothing because I'm not an idiot

I've had castle crashers sitting in my inventory from a 4 pack I purchased years ago.
Anyone want it for some sale trading cards? I've suddenly decided I want the stupid badge after selling them the rest of the sale

yes you are

Under account details.

How is Project Nimbus?

Wondering if I should pull the trigger on invisible inc. Seems interesting.
Probably going to pick up Shadowrun Dragonfall, shovel knight and maybe Stardew before the sale ends.

use a ps4 controller. very comfy

>implying i refunded that

Dying Light or ARMA 3 DLC+Apex?

...

r8 n h8

...

I did a shitty job of cropping out all the market transactions from selling the summer cards but whatever

>AoM
Why is this RTS so boring compared to something like Rise of Nations or Age of Empires.

is that even a question? arma 3

>tfw the only game on sale you bought during the steam summer sale is battlefield 4

I'd also like an argument of why you'd think if you've played both/one.

Grandia II or Trails in the Sky?

>Got 3.80 left in wallet

Any hidden gem I should pick up? I have alot of games already, so I have usually the more mainstream games.

If not I guess I'll card idle a little and get vanishing of ethan carter for 3.99

Gimme like 10 minutes and I'll give you a copy of Trails in the Sky.

Planned to spend $200 this time around, but there was literally nothing of interest.

This stupid thing is going to haunt my inventory forever, isn't it?

Umm.. I don't know how to do gifting.

How do the DLCs hold up for Endless Legend? I was tempted to buy them, but choose Endless Space instead.

dying light is a meme
>muh survival

arma 3 is amazing (as long as you ignore the survivalshit/lifeshit/wastelandshit). you can pretty much have endless amounts of fun in it. making missions is also really fun and you can spend hundreds if not thousands of hours in the editor alone. and unlike other """"editors""""" you can actually pretty much make whatever the fuck you can come up with (AI can be a hurdle), as long as you have the technical know how to implement it

Spent most of the sale playing Underrail.

I'll drop it on a mega upload.

Alright, thanks.

Because it's gimmicky. It's just "look at all these cool mythical things" without any of the strategy. A lot of the god abilities are pointless, there's no real difference between units, it's just a resource rush right away and then the game makes it easy to keep your resources up while you spam units. AoE2 at least has strategy and obvious uses/counters to units and resource control is insanely important.

>he buys through steam store
Steam doesn't always have the best deals, user.

>user sees Sales
>user sees a good game with discount
>user bought it
>1 week later
>user realized the discount was just 20%
>1 month later
>Weekend deal gives 60% discount
>10/10 will do it again on Winter Sales
Some games like stardew valley are good but they are not good deals

Since I have an itching I should take advatage of the last day of the sale, help me out anons. If I want some animu strategy/RPG game, should I get Disgaea or FFIII?

Based on cursory reasearch, Disgaea seems like it is more complex gamplay-wise and has more content to play around with. but one the ither hand I think FFIII might let me play with the party composition more and it likely has more varied side content, or does it? Or should I say fuck it and play Septerra core from my backlog instead?

Or should I get Gods and Kings and BNW for Civ 5 instead, even if Civ V totally hasn´t clicked with me yet? I mean, everytime I ´ve wanted to play Civ 5, I gave up on learning it and went to Civ: Call to power 2 instead.

can you upload Space Oddity somewhere?

I only care for the Christmas sale.
since it gives a small reasons to gift everyone in my friend list one game

Disgaea and FF3 are nothing alike, user. One's SRPG, other is JRPG.

Ah, so thats why I wasn't having any fun.
As with any game he plays its more of a show hes putting on for his own enjoyment than actual gameplay mechanics.
>mfw I play a game with him and 2 other friends against 8 AI
>mid-game, im only one tech'd and with a army, one is struggling to get a farm, another struggling to survive and hes building fucking walls at chokepoints with now towers or army to support them
>mfw

Fairy Fencer F
Environmental Station Alpha
Shadowrun Hong Kong
D44m

That's it.

>A JRPG
>A Metroidvania
>A CRPG
>A FPS
Weird taste user, you're supposed to only like one genre blindly and shitpost the rest

>witcher 3 + expansion pass
running better than i'd hoped. enjoying it so far.

>civ v complete to round off my leftover dlcs
>civ v complete for my dad
hoping he can get into it. he used to love risk, they're like, kinda the same, right?

>lethal league
for with the play with some friends. i suck at it but it's a blast.

>just play a bunch of rocket league half the time anyway
gamestoogood

summer sale is the time of the year were games get the lowest possible discount

i bought helldivers
this was the fucking worst decision of my life

Except publishers jack up base prices anywhere from 25% to 33% specifically for sale periods.

No, some games (i cant remember, but there were definitely some) were cheaper on previous weekend/midweek sales.

>stuff that never happens

How's Broforce?
Why?

How so? I pubbed it and got decent mileage out of it. 20 hours or so, couldn't be arsed to level all the way.
It's basically Magicka with space marines.
