>Postal 2 + Paradise Lost expansion for $1.99
I don't know whether they're really hidden but I found both CrossCode and Adventure in the Tower of Flight to be pretty great.
Crosscode seems pretty competent, they're putting out content updates all the time for a single player non-roguelike game and people seem happier and happier about it. And it's still set to be out of early access next year.

Adventure Tower of Flight is a little game with very simplistic controls, I find it more entertaining than the average NES platformer wannabe. It's pretty cheap too.

$5.99 is pretty good if you don't own any of the Red Faction games.

A pretty awesome throwback RPG with great UI and art design

Great open world RPG. $30 gets hundreds of hours worth of content.
>No picture of a moustache
>Hidden steam sale gem
Yeah ok what's next, GTA V

Bought the game on GOG one year ago and finished the 8 hour campaign in one setting.
It requires an unofficial fanpatch to run decently and the game got visibly rushed through development but its just fun and has a great OST

Damn I should have known about this thread. Bollocks!
Shit negro I played this on my iPod touch like a decade ago and loved it
When did they bring it to pc?!
It doesn't have all the expansions the mobile version had though.
>It doesn't have all the expansions the mobile version had though.
That's a shame. I really fucking like it.
>buying single player games
Yes there were like at least 6 expansions but the fire and ice islands are the first two. Maybe they'll bring the others at some point?
>Crosscode
>16 bucks
>20% off
i mean i put it on my wishlist to follow it's development but i don't feel like it should be in this thread.
You can be less legit and buy it for 3€ like I did
g2a?
What do you guys think of this cart?
I kinda want to wait on a humble bundle for Hotline.

Surprisingly fun and challenging first person roguelite with up to 4 player coop as added bonus.
hello todd.
Is the most recent, shitty one worth 2 bucks?
g2play
wizardry 6,7 and 8 for 3 bucks
Nice Minecraft mod
It's not about building shit though. It's about going down a dungeon and beating skellies and other monster or dying horribly while trying to do that.
Also does way better job with the voxel characters and items.
Yes yes no yes yes no
RFA is definitely not shitty, RFG is just a tough act to follow
It's a really solid TPS with a fun co-op side mode. Be forewarned though there seems to be problems with Windows 7, but theres a solution in the forums

pretty good for $2.50
Anyone played victor vran or the incredible adventures of van helsing? Are either of them good?
Victor Vran is just another arpg, too easy, kinda boring imo. Got it from a humble bundle.
Is this decent? Barely see it on Sup Forums
store.steampowered.com
That a huge ripoff considering the game was part of a bundle for $5 with a bunch of other games
Serious question: Is this not just that Popcap game?
Bookworm Adventures?
It looks like a straight fucking ripoff and apparently has fewer features.
What bundle? I missed that. I guess now I can stop worrying about it being part of a bunch of stolen keys that could be disabled at any point.
Really depends if you can dig Larian lighthearted writing
Welp. Why am I not told about these bundles when they happen? Why can't internet just do everything automagically for me in 2016 for fucks sake
Recommend me some steam games, dear Sup Forums!
I like
-post-apocalyptic shooters (half-life, metro, stalker)
-and kind of strategy (victoria II and the other Paradox games, CIV5, Warhammer40k, total war series)
-and some others
FUCK
>Not using enhanced steam
It automatically does 80% of anything game related you need
The what now
Recettear
Underrail
>No longer available
kill me
You could give a try to either Endless Legend or Endless Space as far strategy games go. They are 4x games like civ5.
nah famm, this is not my style at all
this is interesting
Where does one get it?
Is RFG actually fun?
Man I wish I could use my google money with steam. That google money that I never use because there is nothing worth buying ever
The only game I got during this sale was Witcher 2. It's worse than witcher 1.
>Endless Space
wow man, this is exactly what I wanted, please accept a virtual dick-sucking (no homo)
And Witcher 3 is even worse
I assume this has online multi? Is it any fun?
store.steampowered.com
This shit was my jam as a kid, it has land, sea, air and underground RTS combat where you can fully customize your units and all your shit in the campaign is persistent because you can start multiple missions at once and move stuff back and forth from your mission area to your main base at any time.
Get the first Quake and Darkplaces, get endless fun from tons of fanmade campaigns and mods
Literally the first result for "enhanced steam" in google
Yes. Especially the explosives
Kinda reminds me of Bookworm. I-Is it like Bookworm?
It has direct ip (works over lan and internet) and steamworks multiplayer too.
>Is it any fun?
Well it depends if you find it fun. It's not the perfect game, the hunger system is annoying to me but you can disable it which is nice. It's really fucking hard and not many classes are very good solo. I've only gotten as far as floor 15 I think (20 floors total) and that was coop.
The procedural gen is pretty good and there are a bunch of secrets to be found which is nice.
One big negative in my opinion is that it only allows one save/character. ie. if you played with your friends and didn't die then you can't start a solo game or you'll overwrite your multiplayer character.
It has really fun progression, so yes?
Guess I'm buying it.
Is the actual gameplay itself fun though? The dungeon crawling, the combat, the meat and potatoes? The hacking and slashing?
2nd this. Fucking amazing game.
What are some good, cheap classics?
The combat is pretty basic, I'd say pirate it to try it out and if you like it throw a few bucks towards the devs with the steam purchase. There's a GOG version so pirating is easy.
It's fun to me but I can't tell you if its going to be fun to you.
Well I appreciate the frank appraisal. I prefer GOG anyway so I might pick it up there. Thanks user, never even knew of this one till now.
It's a recent discovery for me aswell. A friend found out about it in preparation for our lan party and we had a bunch of fun playing it there. After that I got it in the summer sale and been playing solo and with friends a couple times a week.
While you're here, any other multiplayer games you'd recommend? I'm looking for stuff to play with friends as well.
Any good games under 500 mo ?
Don't Starve Together, Moon Hunters and Helldivers we've had fun with recently.
Space Beast Terror Fright looked interesting and possibly hilarious in multiplayer but we ended up not getting it as it's still in early access.
Orelight had a similar problem. Also wasn't on sale for some reason.
Thanks for the tip. I'll keep an eye on these.
Also forgot to mention that Moon Hunters had some issues with online multiplayer at launch but they've patched it a lot and it's much better now. Still not perfect though.
