You get it all back at the end of the boat part you know.

Perhaps certain guns don't display it?

You'll get your guns back 10 minutes in and the rest (ammo, praxis and other stuffs) at the end

From what little we've seen it looks like they haven't even attempted any real improvements. The fact that they delayed it and haven't shown that much also makes me think there's been big problems and the game will end up being shit.
