Why would the tank do anything inside a healer? The healer doesn't need healing. Meanwhile the tank is going to be needing some thick and potent healing juices to keep him up and fighting. Though if it's a really tough fight topical application of heals might not be fast acting enough. Maybe a more... internal application would be best.
