Just mod a ps2 and burn an iso. You can also patch the shitty dialogue out, unless shitty dialogue is your thing.

No, Iga is gradually becoming more and more like dracula.
My suspicion is that he already has the Flame Demon and Giant Bat souls equipped. Once he gains the Succubus one his transformation will be complete.
