If he wanted some actual credibility he could have easily gone to people like ImmortalHD or 2kliksphilip and gotten actual information from people linked to CSGO with no stake in the success of Gambling Sites.
Ethan has played CSGO, but in no means does he know what the fuck he's talking about. He's collabed with CSGO youtubers (LOLYOU), but couldnt even manage to bring them up in his videos or get a an opinion from someone whos financially invested in CSGO gambling and people who arent?
Granted he's correct, but only due to parroting what everybody else has been saying from the start. Tmartin and the other one will probably rot in prison and they'll use it as a precedent against other CSGO gambling sites. They've been around for about four years now and its getting to a point where it needs to get regulated.

It's against Valve's TOS to cash valve money for real money. Legally speaking, they are 100% covered. Even if they weren't, they're a fucking multibillion dollar corporation. No suit against them is going to pass.
Finally, everybody, even underage kids, know that gambling carries risks. There's no excuse for falling for a "scam" like this, otherwise you ought to ban all casinos, and all depictions of people winning big in all media due to "false advertising". Everyone is making a huge deal out of this, but I guarantee you, nothing will happen aside from the sites in question possibly shutting down and new ones popping up. Valve withdrawing their API support won't do a damn thing except dealer them either.
