let me paint a picture for you OP, Mr T a physically well trained man barely survives cancer and still struggles to this day, Satoru Iwata a very rich man with connections received the best cancer care/treatment on available on planet earth.

Totalbiscuit is way less physically fit than Mr T and basically sits inside all day and plays video games, and he does not in any capacity get the best cancer treatment/care.

it does care if you're rich, but only to an extent. If it really wants you gone, you're going

Cancers vary wildly. It's not one specific thing.

You should never be too lazy to get checked up. A lot of people are afraid of hearing they have cancer or some serious illness, but if you catch it early, you'll have a slightly higher chance of living.

Don't be a lazy fatass and get checked by your doctor if you feel you are having any notable symptoms.
