>all copies sold out in 7.5 minutes
Whew
Bumping so I have time to write out an actual post.
Got a mouse and some headphones. Thought about the sound card, but decided to just get a DAC later.
960gb SSD for $160. Already in my computer, was delivered in about 6 hours.
nothing
Just got pic related for my Memepad X220, not a bad deal.
I'm looking for solid mice and keyboards for good prices, so if anyone has any links, throw em my way.
Here's what I'm looking at in terms of mice, if anyone has any input
amazon.com
>SteelSeries Rival 300, $40
amazon.com
>Razer DeathAdder, $35
As far as keyboards, I really haven't seen anything too interesting.
This is the only vidya deal I've seen that had me interested, but too late now. At least I'm getting some computer stuff out of this.
Are you the same guy from the Sup Forums thread?
Waiting for that Ratchet and Clank sale.
yes
Cool.
Me too.
I know that feel.
Is it any good that game?
I never played a fft in my life
>goes on sale
>minimum price of $25
I'm really hoping for $20 or less but it's probably not going to happen.
Depends. Certain Amazon promotions get an additional discount. For Mirrors Edge: Catalyst it was $5. For Battlefront it was like a dollar and ninteen cents.
I can hope
minions
ha
Nothing.
There are a few sales I am keeping a eye on, and a few things here and there that are not bad (that ultrawide monitor is seriously making me reconsider), but so far it has mostly been "eh". Stupidly, the only sale I kinda gave a shit about (the uncharted 4 limited edition) is locked behind the stupid Amazon Echo. I might pick up X-Com 2 if the sale in like a hour is decent.
BB is also dropping the ball pretty hard, I was hoping they would price match online, but nope.
Any decent monitor deals?
TVs with HDMI ports.
No shit bestbuy isn't going to price match what is essentially amazon liquidating their unsold merchandise.
There has been a couple of times they have price matched on games to match a non-black friday sale.
Granted, you are very right on a lot of the shit being throw-away. I will say that the sale this year is slightly better then last years, but that is not saying much.
Anyone got any input on these mice?
About to bite the bullet on the SteelSeries Rival 300.
>only for prime cucks that willingly give amazon $100 a year
Nice try
No Tupperware this year though.
This year was slightly better overall than last year but house necessities sale is worse than last year.
I'm looking for some good headphones that offer balance amount of performance and durability and it won't hurt my wallet too much.
Also, post headphones you bought or going to buy and why?
You can get a free trial for a month if you haven't done so before, and they allow monthly subscriptions now for $11. I went ahead and did it since this sale should make up the difference in savings.
>type in kettle under prime day search
>cowboy boots come up
yeah ok
I mooch off my friends prime sharing thing and so should you.
>Implying I don't ship alot of things and it saves me alot of money
$10.99 per month. Shame it never comes out to that amount on the credit card bill.
...
>$5 off
wow it's fucking nothing
960GB was a good price though if you didn't buy it last year for $150 from newegg
If I did not just buy a 500GB Samsung 850 EVO like 3 weeks ago, I would have totally picked it up for that price.
I kinda wish there was some better 120GB SSDs available on sale. I want to get one for my media server to throw windows on it and have things boot a bit faster/retire my older HDD, but the only one is a no-name brand SSD with questionable reviews.
What do you guys buy off Amazon that you can't get locally? I've got nothing against online shopping but I've never had a need for it.
Tbh the Ultra II is like 840 Evo speeds so you didn't miss much.
What PC gamepad should I buy while everything's on sale? My hands are too tiny for xbox's controllers.
For video games there are sometimes deals on PC parts that are better than local places. For physical games there's the 20% off, and it's more convenient too.
There was the MX300 Curcial 750 GB SSD that was cheap for $139.99. It's close to 850 Pro speeds.
Computer parts, brewing/wine making supplies, decent quality household stuff, used and ne video games at a decent price (I also shop BB due to GCU discount), phone supplies and cables, etc.
A lot of my local stores are shit and have a lot of low quality stuff/rarely have sales. My local walmart is badly stocked, the mall is near dead and has outrageous prices on everything, and the local target (literally the only other big box store) is depressing to go into and has shit disorganized/no sales. The mom and pop stores are mostly a hour away, and the few that are here are military surplus stores.
Military towns suck.
any good closed headphones?
I live in Hickville. What can't I purchase locally? Everything.
Basically any form of entertainment except for games and movies new enough to be in stock locally. Too many books, movies, and video games in the world to fit them all in walmart. Sales are easier to find too.
Physical books or ebooks? Cause you can pirate ebooks.
Oh yeah, pretty amazing
bulk popcorn kernels
Physical. I try to pirate a book to sample it and then buy it if I like it, I don't like reading books on a screen.
>free shipping
>free HBO GO
>free streaming movies
>free tv shows
>price cuts on literally everything
>physical preorders of games are only $48 as opposed to $60
>free kindle books
Prime is probably the best subscription package the world has ever seen, between the free shipping, game discounts, and prime price cuts on protein powder I EASILY make back that money every year
>physical preorders of games are only $48
seriously? Nice. You could just buy for a month whenever you get a game and still save money.
Not on a deal but I was thinking of getting the Qanba Q1 fight stick. Any thoughts? Gonna use the free 10 dollars and the extra 10 dollars from 50 worth of gift cards.
>scandisk
>550 mb/sec read speed
While it is nice that Amazon is doing 20% off now, I kinda wish they allowed it after the game launches indefinably like GCU at best buy is.
Granted, BB is hit or miss, and their shipping is far worse then amazon (I have everything ordered sent to my local store to avoid delays.)
I have yet to have any delays with BB.
It's not good and it's super buggy. Save your shekels
>geez it's nice that they do it for preorders but why can't they just make games $48 all the time?
Just bought Dark Souls 3 last weekend because I made some extra cash and these fuckers put it for 35.
I had two pre-orders take 1 week, and 2 weeks respectively to get to me. The second went on so long that they actually refunded my money because the UPS tracking did not update until literally a day after I got the refund. Doesn't help that BB's customer service is shit all around.
It isn't too big of a deal for me to pick it up since my BB is like 5 minutes away and the people at the pickup line are pretty competent.
>Like I said, GCU at BB has that all the time as long as you are a member. There is a bunch of shit I would buy at Amazon if they were a bit more competitive.
>check wishlist
>nothing on sale
>exit tab
This is how every BIG SALE ends for me.
Beats Solo 2 are great.
Bought a 128 gig micro sd card for 30 bucks.
Anything good at all? My memebership expires today.
>big sale
>most games are at most, $20 off
>many are pennies off the price
This would be more disappointing if they didn't pull this shit last year. It's even worse because you have to already have a paid subscription to access any of these """""deals"""""
>Beats
>$500 because Dre
Those things are shit
>buying games for anything but 75% off or more
a fool and his money...
Luckily I was expecting shit, but one category has been pretty good both years: movies. I got LOTR for $30 last year and Cowboy Bebop for $25 this time.
>Beats
absolute dogshit
buying a game you can emulate for free
hahe
I ordered the Persona 5 Take Your Heart Edition and I will probably buy Ratchet and Clank later.
It's only $80
Are you too poor to buy them?
i've had my sennheiser 205HD's for a good 5-6 years and they work just fine, sound is great. Don't have amazon or shop there but you could give it a shot
Got one of those fire tablets so I can watch EVO2016 while I work all weekend.
>this thread
I don't think you get it
They are actually shit, as in bad headphones, poor sound quality
But people like you, who would say something to the effect of "what are you, poor?" will buy them for the status
>buying beats
Video games and weird shit.
Amazon UK does great deals on games for me even though I am in Ireland and get screwed by the conversion and some times shipping
>Item is under under 25 euro
>can cost 10+ shipping, sometimes small items cost less than the shipping
We get free shipping once it is over 25 euro.
But back to games, all local shops selling games in Ireland follow the gamestop prices and most video game shops here are gamestop, you might have one or two toy stores or argos but they have the same prices as gamestop.
Now jewstop is my closest store, I would have to drive for miles to find one of those toy stores.
Jew stop still sells old games at 70 + or like 68 euro.
Recently I wanted to buy Doom and the Witcher for PS4, Doom is 74.99 new and 70 euros pre owned.
The witcher is 39.99 new and weirdly 44.99 owned.
If I wanted both those games I would have to spend 114 euros at gamestop.
I got the witcher for 28 euros and doom for 30 on amazon.
I saved 64 euros.
Shipping can take two weeks though.
Finally got a WiiU pad replacement for my stolen one. (Dumbasses didn't take the console for some reason.) Don't think it was part of the prime deals though.
god damn living in the EU must suck dick
>they're good because ______
>that famous guy
>they cost more money
>???
user, any headphones you can buy at Walmart are shit.
All I wanted was a microphone and a pair of headphones but nothing I was looking at was on sale
how the fuck did they steal it? broke into your home?
>buying things makes you a bad person
You sound like a welfare queen who's out of food stamps on the 5th.
This is how it is in the US, but luckily walmart and target stock games too.
the Sony MDR750 are cheaper and have FAR better sound quality
>Console gaming in current year
>Not pirating games for your battlestation
Or I can own a physical copy of a great game for dirt cheap
you sound like a much poorer person with too much to prove
>buying things [that you're only buying because they're on sale] makes you a [woman]
Any Hard Drives lads?
Yeah home break in last year right before thanksgiving. Got my ps4, PS3, laptop. Didn't take any games except for what was in the consoles. Either they didn't care or got spooked by something and left in a hurry. Probably just getting them to pawn real quick more meth money.
Those are for audio editing, faggot.
You probably have never even used them. You just believing the "le pro audiophile" circlejerk.
Neo-Sup Forums exists for a reason.
what a bunch of pieces of shit, does any sort of insurance pay for that stuff?
And beats are for looking like a gigantic faggot, but you can still listen to music out of both of them.
Oh, boy...
It fucking does this generation.
Last gen a brand new game would be 60 euros and after a few weeks it would be around 50, I can afford that but paying 74 euro for a game that is two years old is bullshit.
I'd love to get a nice preowned copy of GTA V even though I have already played it but a preowned is 70 euros in gamestop and 74.99 new.
I bought MGS V first day like a retard and spent 74 euros.
The game is now on amazon for 12£ which is under 20 euro.
You guys have more shop options and the UK probably does too for that matter.
But in Ireland you got Gamestop, smyths the biggest toy shop that killed every other toy shop in the country and argos.
The nearest smyths and Argos is about an hours drive from me and at most you might save a euro or two on a game.
My town has a gamestop and use to have an xtravision(like block buster) which would either have insanely cheap deals or insanely expensive prices so you could pop in there and maybe get a good deal but that place closed for good.
I do that too but I enjoy gaming on a console sometimes, I love pc gaming but I am a comp sci student so when I spend most of my day in front of a computer doing college work the last thing I want to do to relax is sit in front of a computer.
lol that's not moving anymore than 5%
they have a flat response and don't artificially color the sound coming from your music source
but you probably don't really care about how music sounds and are far more concerned about how you look
Went to trade in some of my PS3 impulse buys to a GameStop. They were literally offering me pennies for my games. The case alone could sell for three times the amount they offered.
It might but don't have any home insurance. Didn't even bother to call the cops. I live in a really rural area. They don't do shit around here except pull people over for speeding.
>"hey guys look at these sweet headphones i got from walmart"
>user, those suck
>"WHATS THE MATTER ARE YOU POOR FAGGOT?"
