My PS+ expires tomorrow and I think I'm just gonna let it lapse. I really don't understand why it's worth $60 a year. The games went to shit the exact moment it went pay for multiplayer. The service is unreliable as hell and everything moves so slow. The sales are shit. The customer service is shit.
I've been shitposting at PCFags for years but I think I might just fall for their memes and build a PC. Seems worth it for free multiplayer alone at this point.

Mine ended recently, before it did Sony emailed me saying I had no billing info so they couldn't renew it. And I had to turn off auto-renewel AGAIN. Even though I did it after I bought the year, and last month when I checked to see when it ended. Then when it did end yesterday the email they sent me implied they tried to renew it but couldn't because I had no payment info setup
Has any one else noticed PS+ likes to sneakily set itself to auto renew?

Did you check to make sure it's not set to auto-renew? Some subscription services default to automatic renewal unless specifically told otherwise.

For me the only worthwhile games were Dead Star, Furi and Saints Row GooH. So this month was pretty good for me but it's just wasn't worth the 50€.

Biggest complaint I ever had with PSN was that I got dynamically assigned to an IP that had previously been used to DDoS Sony as part of a botnet (or so I guess) and I was banned from PSN.
It was a "I can't even access the site to check the help pages because they're flat out refusing my IP" situation, and yet Sony support was still completely unable to A) figure this out, or B) help me get around it.
Had to go dig up an old router to change my MAC to force a new IP to get around it.
And I pay *them* for the privilege of online matchmaking.
