Although the ballistics, tactics, ect aren't close to realistic, the actual models for Battlefield 4 are, and they've got a fuck ton of well rendered weapons.

I haven't heard much info released about it, only seen a few videos that showed off some gameplay but nothing on why or what your goal is.
I'm actually sort of hoping that it's like inspired by Escape from New York, and just a weird Russian take on that. Like, you get dropped into Tarkov to pick up some McGuffin, secure it and get out with the McGuffin in a certain amount of time, and everyone else is going after the same thing.
