It's like this for most of the multiplayer games that are on both platforms. Also much less hackers on Xbox. I own both, single player on PC, multiplayer on Bone. Also games for gold is completely worth it. 48 games for 30 bucks with the benefit of all games having voice chat is pretty sweet.

Not yet as far as I know. I think it has to do with licensing more than anything. I really hope they add "The Godfather" to their list of games that are backwards compatible. I fucking loved that game

He's saying that devs aren't forced to incorporate it with the common services on PC. So they don't.

It's an excellent replacement for a gaming PC if you miss those big-name indie games. There are exclusive ports for games like Layers of Fear, Inside and The Magic Circle, oh and Subnautica, with more to follow in the future.

In terms of console defining exclusives though, it's lacklustre. I would never have it as an only console because PS4 blows it out of the water in basically everything but certain media capabilities, but I sure as hell don't miss having a gaming PC now that I have my Xbone.

Whoops, I meant to say: when a game is on sale on Xbonw, it consts significantly less to buy than when it is on sale on Playstation.

Literally, you're all children. Anyone who can't afford everything is a child who has to work with the scraps they get from their parents. These are fucking $200-300 videogame boxes. Working minimum fucking wage for a week can afford you at least one. In a month, you could afford all consoles and start saving to a PC. Of course this is if you have 0 financial obligations, but then if you did have any obligations you probably aren't making minimum wage. In that case, you can buy these things even faster. A standard $30/hour job means in one week, you can afford ALL consoles simultaneously, and in a month you'd have a nice PC too. With expensive bills, at most it would take you 6 months to get a top of the line rig.

I can confirm this, Xbox actually has pretty sweet deals. Every week the Sales with Gold is like a mini-Steam Summer sale. I always check it out even when I have too many games to play.

No PC, ps4 and wii u are all better choices.

You aren't just paying for online, it's so much more.

I have all current generation consoles. Unless I win the lottery, there is no concievanle way I am going to waste my hard earned cash on a gaming PC.

Maybe once PC developers frow some fucking balls and actually develop some worthwhile exclusives that make me want to buy one. Otherwise I would be paying out my ass just to play the same games I already have access to.

I just bought mine from that dank spring sale microsoft had on their site. Gears UE was an awesome remake, rare replay is a trip through memory lane, halo 5 is legit good and much better than 4 was, and I got forza horizon 2 which is some of the most fun ive had in a racing game ever. My friend also showed me that you can add each others accounts and then have full access to someone elses digital library. So I have all the shit from the gwg i missed over the years, along with newer stuff like dark souls 3. Console is silent and the controller is the best ive ever held. The ui is a fucking mess and its not as strong as the ps4, but its still a fun console. Dont regret buying it

I recently bought an xbone to complete my collection of the next gen consoles. And i have to say that this is the first console i actually felt really depressed setting up. I have to say this is probably the worst console i ever bought and just feels useless compared to the other consoles.

If you own a good gaming PC, there is literally no reason to buy an Xbox One unless you like Halo. I know from experience.
