I had a feeling of dread ever since H-Bomb announced that Shwig of Broquest "fame" was going to be in charge of the art direction of his project. Development ground to a halt and what used to be weekly updates turned into monthly updates then biannual updates. Now it's the Mighty number fucking nine of porn games.

You can make a shitty indie title and put it on Steam through Greenlight and you'll get more money than trying to sell a niche porn game, seriously, it's REALLY hard to make any money selling porn games outside of Japan, that aside from not being able to sell it anywhere other than the internet.

You can only do it if it's a team effort, and you have a bunch of money, and dont expect to get paid at all.

The files have EVERYTHING, so basically the incomplete game with all its asses/fan arts/lame shit, all of it so if someone gave a fuck they could easily finish the game on their own.

HBomb seems pretty confident that suing him will be a terrible pain in the ass/financial burden for Shwig, that's why he did it.

Shwig isn't going to have nearly as much money coming in now, so he probably won't pursue it.

Didn't steal. Idiot signed a contract that made sure all the assets belonged to S-Purple, who was going to take them and get an actual programmer for the game to make them since HBomb wasn't doing his fucking job.

I'd actually prefer that. Put the art to actually good use instead of allowing it to waste away in a quagmire of myopic game development.
