In fact, I've yet to see any piece of media be it video games, cartoons, or even film to get school life correctly.

People don't get retardedly bullied. People don't randomly fall in love and become friends with everyone in school. Huge drama shit doesn't happen.

this. School for me was pretty much school work, with the occasional break to do ditch and do drugs. Most people kept their relationships for long periods of time and the ones that couldn't were literal damaged goods. No one really got bullied, just constant back and forth banter with only a few weird kids who took it seriously.

have to strenuously disagree. being homeschooled left me mentally ill. not that regular school is free of mentally ill people, it's just that homeschooling 100% guarantees it.

I got bullied to the point where, in high school I turned into a total cunt, and girls did fall in love with me and I was friends with everybody, and fucked two girls before I was 16. A lot of drama and shit did happen also, not just with me but all around.

In college I turned full beta again, no friends and dropped out after a month, out of depression.

This is pretty much the same experience I had, with the exception that I was in an IT course so all my classmates ever did was LAN Source and CoD4 every other day. There was a lot of bullying back in middle school but practically none in HS.

protip: people in different areas have different experiences.
