My canon warden is a drawf noble and I still gave him the crown. Better for the kingdom, also made my bastard son a ward of the family house. Besides, a dwarven warden becomes a paragon by the end of the game which is on par, or above, that of a king.

Paragons are basically living gods to Dwarves, and since you'd be one of the only (known) living Paragons plus being the one to end the blight, you're basically above the King in terms respect, and respect carries a lot of weight in Dwarven society, though the King still holds the actual power of the state.

I really doubt you can skip her, she triggers when you collect the blood and flemeth forces her on you and she has a lot of ending content

You can encounter events in-game to get Alistair and/or Lelianna to be a bit more pragmatic in character. A hardened Lelianna embraces her bardic past and becomes less of a moral nag, and Alistair becomes less of a naive angsty young man and actually grows a pair and accepts more responsibilities in his life and takes the initiative.

In terms of gameplay, it means both will be less opposed to being a dick.

Circle of Magi ->[Honnleath] -> Orzammar -> Dalish or Redcliffe

Your first stops should always be the ones with characters.

Orizmarr is level gated by a group of bandits that are really high level, it's designed for you to do it last.

Ohgren isn't very well written in Origins, sadly. He's much more likable in Awakening. Also, Orzimarr can be hard as shit early on, those Deep Roads encounters were really designed for a higher level Warden.

In terms of most to least difficult its:

I once went to Redcliff first during a playthrough, then directly to the Temple, and it was a total slog, they don't fuck around once you get to the caverns and you've got multiple Drakes and Mages assfucking you.
