Heres a tip for you brother, if you have ANY cameras connected to your PC, disable them then reinstall windows and get a new steam account.
I know that's a lot, but games and steam sue the webcams to record your approximate melanin count and if the algorithm thinks you've got over a certain amount of melanin it handicaps you in games so the low melanin users don't get dominated.
If happens with some white ppl too if the camera senses them in a badly lit room it can mistake them for high melanin and handicap, that's why some ppl complain that certains games are 'too hard' an why a select few white nerds are really good at games, because they, like most of us high melanin tribe, are able to plays well even with the handicap.
