This. He and Fang are the most boring character ever. At least Fang has some interesting tidbit about her character, but Sazh is shit. And yet he's the one people like the most, despite being the most cliche character. Goes to show that people can't handle realistic characters with development and games should resort to cliches and stereotypes to draw people in.

She goes from cranky, aggressive and emotionless to almost human by the end of the first game.
She learns that her emotions aren't a bad thing and tries to live with them.
While that is a pretty cliche development it's still better than getting nothing at all

No Lightning on top of using KH-esque battles (instead of HURRADIGMS and GIVING ORDURRS) make this game an automatic improvement over all recent FF's.

I loved XIII and XIII-2. They're as good as if not better than 8, 9 and 12.

7 and 10 are the only real outstanding games in the series although all the games are very good.

Black background actually goes better with the logo because of the shade of blue it uses. It's much more appealing to the eye. White background for the logo makes it look big and tacky.

That said FFXV is probably going to miss the mark. For starters it's been in development way too long which indicates it has fundamental problems. It wasn't even originally a main entry just a spin off. Also the combat looks absolutely disgusting and the characters look boring.

I'm 30 and played 7 when i was 12. Have played them all since then at release. replay 8 and 9 they're actually pretty bad. Especially 9, the "story" which is a convoluted mess to force the happy friendship moral. The combat is sloppy as hell and unfulfilling. I would rather play through 13 again easily.

I don't really care about this series but for some reason I want this one to fail really REALLY badly
