I think the biggest thing is not drinking a shit-ton of soda.
I was a skinny fuck as a kid, but when I moved out I wanted to go out as much as possible and as such I barely used the computer, from the age of 19-25 I started exercising a lot and I still do, I'm now back into gaming but I still make sure to exercise and eat healthy, it really helps with burnout and you feel more focused and dedicated too, so it actively helps with gaming.
But yeah, from my experience a ton of gamers have issue with this, they sit down and are inactive for long periods of time, they may binge eat and even lose sleep, I just don't think it's worth it, no matter how far down the drain your life goes, if you're in good shape, you're already a couple of steps ahead.

The best way to deal with this stuff is accept beforehand that everyone you meet is shallow unless proven otherwise, and that they will judge you on their first look, you can use that to your advantage or not give a fuck.
Personally I find having a nice body a nice thing, it makes ME feel good, then come the rest of people that find it appealing, but first and foremost, it's for me.

Yeah I used to use that to my advantage but eventually after mingling enough with normies (I hide my power level like fucking crazy) you realize to be very cautious around women who hit on you right away. They're either crazy, whores or both. After all if someone is hitting on you just from looks right away, who is to say she hasn't done that with a bunch of other guys and you're so special?
I think for me it was fun at first but once you see past their shallow exterior and there's almost nothing going on in there except them attempting to impress guys as much as possible for dick, you make a choice to either just care about sex or learn to filter those people out.

I swim 2.5km in 40 minutes 3 times a week. I run 5 KM in 20 minutes 2 times a week. I bike 30 to 40km once a week.
I don't lift, I'm not cut, I have high body fat because I love cheese, but I am still fit as fuck. Cardio of the gods.

You can also keep cycling, but swimming just feels better desu and there's so much variety in how you swim.
Running is also good, but you should keep running for intensity cycles (ie. 3mins med pace, 1 min really fast pace, 3 mins med pace, etcetc).
Interval training mixed with a sport you really enjoy (swimming, skating, biking, climbing, etc).

If you're asking a question like this it's indicitive that you're missing out on some key fundamentals of 'what actually causes you to lose weight' so I suggest looking that up.
But swimming will be the most effective for what you want. Burns lots of calories, employs a lot of muscle groups.

Walking and weights are best exercise, the less burning the better as oxidation causes aging. Losing weight or just maintaining it is 90% diet and probably 9% genetics, 1% activity (you can see this when around 1 in 10 people are just naturally skinny despite bad eating lethargic living). Working out high intensity (cardio or full on aerobics) tends to make people put on weight in many cases due to slowing of the metabolism after the exercise has completed. It also makes you crazy hungry. 30 min walks every day are ideal and even doing up to 1-2 hours, but no jogging or running.
Diet basics = no sugars, no softdrinks, no food with sugar in them, no carbs, no starches. The best is to stick to veges and meat during the week and spoil yourself on the weekends, but still stay away from sugar and desserts. Learn to use stevia in coffee and tea to trick your body while you have sugar craving during the week.

No because this is actually how women in America typically are. If you don't believe me then experiment and go out and meet more. This is something I realized after over a decade of socializing with many groups of people and paying attention to trends in how people behave. There are common patterns in human behavior that are somewhat dependent on the time period they live. The people who disagree are usually ones who haven't been exposed enough to current society so they don't believe that pattern exists.

I can attest to all of this as well, however I think the biggest takeaway (at least for me personally) is cutting out soft drinks completely. I haven't had one in four years and have actually lost my taste for them. I've felt a whole lot better since then and doing that trimmed off a significant amount of weight in and of itself.

Yes when you get to the knitty gritty, everyone is different because we all have a unique set of experiences, but when you zoom out just a bit you'll see certain people act and think in an extremely similar way to the point they're almost identical until you go into extreme details.

Yep can confirm. Chicks here are way more shallow than dudes, times have changed. They can get pretty much any type of guy they want where as many dudes just settle for whatever and make it work.
