Why do we let them get away with it?

because you don't have to buy it

>It's a posting opinions in a bullet list to make them look like facts episode

Because nostalgia.

People enjoy the game because the originals got them interested in the series. The games aren't bad they just haven't changed at all, for some people that's enough.

>When Nintendrones call a game like "Call of Duty" the same game every single time.

There are 4 opinions and 2 of those are objective opinions

>shit writing
>shit designs

Everyone agreeing makes it a fact

>spinoffs have been unremarkable

DEFEND THIS POKENIGGERS, I WILL NOT BE IGNORED

heh

>there's always a complete version a year later
False since Gen V

get well soon zygarde

>Shit designs

This is like the fifth time I see the word "deisgn" tossed around like a firework that makes so much noise but doesn't do nothing more. What do you even MEAN by "shit design"? The formula of "go beat 8 gyms, defeat bad dudes, wipe the elite four and become champ"? The design of the pokèmons or the characters, or of the overworld? How the battle system is designed? Design means everything, and by that in a discussion it means nothing, so be clear and say what you mean by "design".

Yo pokefag, I was wondering.

How's the pokemon density in the newer games? Like how populated are the areas? I've only played Crystal, so each route/cave/whatever only had about 4 or 5 pokemon each (since there were only like 200 of them)

Do new games like X/Y have more Pokemon per area? There are like 800 now soo

Only slightly more (maybe up to 10 at best). You don't get all 800 pokemans thrown around the region, only 200 at best. The rest are post game content or safari.

Yeah, more or less, and the encouters are ridicoulus.

You could get a wild Hydreigon at level 50 something, who is a third stage dragon/dark pokemon, on the victory road by walking on shaking grass, I shit you not.

>google that pokemon
>see this
>vomit

So there will be pokemon I need to import from older games if I want to get them? That sucks

ITS NOT FAIR WHY DID DIGMON HAVE TO DIE??

i don't think so. You only need other games from the same gen, which mean simple online trading would help (in theory).

I can't believe so many people support a franchise that makes locking singleplayer content behind multiplayer functions a key staple of their franchise.

I don't anymore, Sun/Moon's designs are the breaking point. The last two gens were really pushing it. I think gen IV's legendaries are a mess

>there's always a complete version a year later

The last time that happened was Pokemon Platinum.

In 2008.

...

These days you can pretty much get everything between two games of the same generation. Aside from maybe event shit I completed the Pokedex from stuff in Y and AS.

This is the future NintenKEKs chose.

but there have only been a few generations since then, still a large majority that do have the complete version come out

On a related note when I order a 3ds next week should I get x y or alpha/omega

Ive only played a bit of emerald with nuzlocke runs before a couple wobbufets countering and killing 3 of my pokemon killed my will to live

>there's always a complete version a year later
the fuck

But neither BW2 nor ORAS were complete versions, and the latter sucked almost as much as XY in terms of content

4 out of 6 isn't that large.

Or do you think 66% is a good score?

Nice insults, you sure are smarter than me huh?

4/6 is still a decent majority. Either way, is it an improvement for them to NOT be releasing complete editions? It's a step backwards.

I'd say x or y, but I really didn't like gen 3. I figure if you're gonna play a newer game at least play the one that's actually new. Though I guess oras added new shit that aren't even in x and y, making them not cross compatible.

Fuck if you liked emerald get omega ruby, I thought I had a good suggestion, I guess I don't

Okay that's still terrible. Locking content behind an entire other game? It should just be one fucking version. I'm so glad this trend didn't catch on. Battle Network is another one.

Get well soon zygarde.

Me and bae were playing this game and she sucked me so bad even after I nutted.

Then I said 'deez nuts' and wow the cake is a lie, such random such wow, GANGMAM STYLE OP OP OP OP but then I took a water gun to the knee and FUS RO DA the game out of the window

COPY THAT I said as I did a barrel roll. *troll face* Y U NO WORK GAME (the servers were down). You don't say? Bae said thinking I was hacked by anonymouse but then I saw a ufo and though 'therefor aliens' and that really rustle my jimmies.

Then I knew that feel bro, but not sure if the game wasn't working or just if the servers really were that bad. So just shut and take my money ninantic and fix your servers as one does not simply just start playing pokemon go.

And then I fucked bae right in the pussy, like a boss until I realized she had crabs. Me Gusta. Oh well, Haters gonna hate.

holy fuck user, how did you do that, cause me real physical pain like that

dude nice

>I posted it again!

Pokemon games tend to be released once or twice each gen, with quite a bit of time between them.

CoD gets a release every single year

I know. Pokemon go threads are really getting annoying.

>pokemon go threads
>overwathc threads

this month has been so shit for Sup Forums

Stop posting this in every fucking thread you autistic fuck.
