I swear, Sony should buy the rights of all the popular platformers that got released on the PS1 but have faded into obscurity and release them again as reboots. Croc, Gex, Spyro, HoD, I fucking miss them man.

Yeah that was a pretty neat little plot point desu.
The fact that 2 and 3 didn't have enemies burst into gems really hammered in that it was a purposeful story design too.

Agreed with everything other than comfiest spyro and best hubworld. I think the original is the best in those as well, even if the hubs don't have as much stuff to do inside them.
